Reports from NBC said the brother in the black hat was killed early Friday morning with a bomb strapped to his chest, after he and his brother robbed a 7-Eleven and shot a MIT police officer to death.
NBC reports the pair then carjacked an SUV, released the driver unharmed and early Friday morning hurled explosives at law enforcement during a gunfire exchange in Watertown, MA.
The network says one of the suspects used that victim’s debit card to get $800 in cash from an ATM.
