“Impeach Obama” Bumper Sticker Prompts Road Rage Incident

impeach obama sticker

Police say a road rage incident in Connecticut was prompted by and “Impeach Obama” bumper sticker.
The Smoking Gun reported:

Paul Guaschino was driving Friday when a fellow motorist spotted an “Impeach Obama” bumper sticker on the 62-year-old Connecticut resident’s vehicle.

According to cops, the other driver apparently did not appreciate the bumper sticker and “displayed his dislike by showing his middle finger.”

In response, Guaschino allegedly followed the other driver to a traffic light, where he exited his car–baseball bat in hand–and struck the trunk of the middle finger-waving driver. The second motorist “fled in fear of his safety,” police reported.

The road rage incident resulted in three criminal charges being filed against Guaschino (threatening, criminal mischief, and breach of peace).

If I were to get angry every time some brain-dead Lib/Prog/Leftist flipped me off I’d be spending all my waking hours fighting and/or in jail. I see childish and immature behavior like that and I try to avoid the nitwit since THEY have demonstrated they have serious anger issues they can’t control. After all I lived through 8 years of extreme and violent temper tantrums from the Left when Bush was in office. Getting flipped off for expressing one’s opinion is quite mild, to say the least.

Responding the a middle finger with stalking, and wielding a baseball bat…..I wonder which one of them is a nut?

Ever since “O” ran the 1st time if your car had the WRONG bumper sticker on it BAD things happened to your car in Chicago area. Fact of life.

  • Fanny

So the consensus here is that getting a finger from someone in another car justifies following the guy, getting out of the car, then coming after him with a baseball bat?

So I take it that you’d all be ok if the other had been packing heat, saw the guy coming at him with a baseball bat, then blew his face off in self defense?

    Fricken Morons! Sheesh

“Paul Guaschino” reacted like the typical Tri-State Guido.

I feel neither was taking the high ground. Putting an inflamitory bumper stickers on your car AND responding with giving that person the finger invites an emotional response. However, chasing somebody down and hitting their car with a baseball bat is way over the top.

Another stupid report of a stupid incident between two stupid people doing stupid things.

I was behind a guy with a “Buck Ofama” bumpersticker and I gave him a toot, smile and wave which he returned.

In my area, it takes real guts for him to do that. It’s an invitation to vandalism from the “tolerant” Left.

You bring a knife to the fight …we bring a gun…..didn’t someone who should be impeached say that at one time? Interesting that when someone fights back these idiot low information voters RUN!!!!!!!!!

Can’t speak for Connecticut, but in Florida, any violent criminal offense makes you ineligible.

    Question #9 on the application:
Have you been convicted, found guilty of, or had adjudication withheld on one or more misdemeanor crimes of violence?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you are not eligible for licensure.

If it is not the same there, it should be. This guy has obvious anger control issues.
