A 15-year-old boy was injured following a shooting and hit and run outside the Food and Drug Administration offices in Bothell this morning. The security guard shot at a vehicle that was leaving the scene.
Q13 FOX reported:

Shortly after 7 a.m. Friday police responded to calls that shots had been fired and there was a suspicious person and vehicle in a business complex that houses the local Food & Drug Administration office.

When police arrived they found a 15-year-old boy in a vehicle. He fled the scene after the shots were fired and as he was fleeing, he struck another vehicle. The boy reportedly went home and then was taken to the hospital. Police said that the shot was fired at the teenager, but they are unsure if he was being treated for a gunshot wound or injuries from the hit-and-run. His injuries are non-life threatening.

Homeland Security is involved in the investigation of the incident because it took place at the FDA office; the FBI also responded to the scene.

It’s a good thing Obama didn’t have any drones in the air, huh?
