Why no msm video? A similar size crowd of baby killers and welfare queens would have gone national.

I went and checked-out the pictures! Looks like scores, not hundreds! No mention of numbers on the Facebook page, so ……..? The website for this revered organization makes no mention of the rally and hasn’t been updated since July! That would be July of 2012! Latest news story on the website is July of 2012! Just saying! You can join for $60!

169 million on Facebook in America and 74,000 like these secessionist!

    New motto for Texas Secessionists:

TEXAS INDEPENDENCE OR DIE, if it don’t rain!

Case Wise, Sean Hannity and Jim Hoft need to calm down!

Go Texas…You don’t need the U.S. , the U. S. needs you…so when you declare you are an independent country I would wager other states would join in…So with God speed and resolve, go for independence..

    Thanks for the news.

The reason our politicians continue to import aliens despite the harm to society and the public opposition (80-90% against) is because there are no NATIONAL REFERENDA in the United States. Many other countries, including 3rd world countries, have it, but not the US! It is a shame that US, which claims to be a “world-class” advanced nation, is a mere pseudodemocracy. It is tragic that our constitution lacks the most basic and elementary human right–national referenda

The three branches have become corrupt, usurped power, and all three branches figured out that it is better to conspire, mug and terrorize the nation and totally ignore the owners, the US Citizens. So they keep imposing tyranny on us with impunity.

But there is a solution to this govt’s war on the nation. It is a constitutional amendment to allow irreversible binding superseding national referenda, so people can pass good laws in the national interest themselves. These laws will supersede laws passed by Congress and cannot be overturned except on constitutional grounds by a supermajority of both houses and a unanimous vote of the Supreme Court. The people can then still override it with a 66% vote. Some believe that this right to amend the constitution is inherently vested in the American public (the US citizens). Others suggest an actual amendment. A survey showed that 76% of the public approved the idea.

We can pass a national referendum that all laws that affect the nation as a whole, such as raising taxes, large welfare programs, foreign aid, immigration, bailouts, and raising the debt ceilings, etc. can become law only if finally approved by the people. We will solve 90% of our problems this way.

    For eg., see:

The National Initiative For Democracy above (ni4d) is in the process of making a documentary about national referenda to bring this issue to a wider audience. They are seeking contributions.

We Americans need to visit these websites, join these groups, contribute and call radio talk shows, etc. and promote this idea and get the process started soon, before it is too late or America, as we know it, will be finished.

    Tempted to move there, myself.

Texas, you are supported by, I am quite sure, the citizens of:

    1. Armenia
    2. Azerbaijan
    3. Belarus
    4. Estonia
    5. Georgia
    6. Kazakhstan
    7. Kyrgyzstan
    8. Latvia
    9. Lithuania
    10. Moldova
    11. Russia
    12. Tajikistan
    13. Turkmenistan
    14. Ukraine
    15. Uzbekistan

    and 16. Czech Republic.

It is not unheard of, nor unwise, for states to secede from their former Unions.

    Sometimes people have had enough.

Texans like to have fun with their politics.

Your link at #12 is also non-working.

“An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator.”

This illustrates why we should all be saving whole web-pages to folders on our PCs, not just saving links.

I’ve got dozens of bookmarks that I need to clean out, because they no longer work.

Hell, at this point we should be printing hard-copies of essays, articles, and threads, and dubbing Youtube videos to VHS. And burying that knowledge somewhere safe.

for every ONE in attendance, count at least another HUNDRED Texans
who couldn’t be there to represent even more Texans, and a minimum
of a THOUSAND representative of people nationwide who would have
loved to have been there representing thousands of others as well..
