Slimy liberal Rep. Chris Van Hollen accused Republicans of wanting to raise taxes on those on Medicare to protect millionaires. Van Hollen was on FOX News Sunday this morning.
“What we said was we wanted to take a balanced approach that very high income earners need to contribute a little more to reducing our deficit. Because otherwise folks on Medicaid and Medicare who are earning $22,000 a year median income would get walloped. I know you want to wallop them to protect the millionaires.”
And Democrats will continue to repeat this lie as long as they continue to get away with it.
Of course, it was Democrat Barack Obama who signed into law this week a bill that hits workers making less than $30,000 a year harder than those making $500,000 a year.
