Barack Obama’s illegal alien Uncle Onyango Obama was arrested in August 2011 for driving drunk.
He was held by ICE for two weeks. Onyango told police when he was arrested that he planned to arrange bail through the White House.

Onyango Obama denied he was drinking and driving, or that he failed to yield the right of way. Omar registered a reading of 0.14 percent on a blood-alcohol breath test, which is above the state’s legal driving limit of 0.08 percent. (BBC)

Onyango was able to get his driver’s license back after his DUI.

Now this…
A Boston judge has set a deportation hearing for Obama’s uncle in December.
The Boston Globe reported, via Obama Release Your Records:

A Boston judge today set a Dec. 3 deportation hearing for President Obama’s uncle, Onyango Obama, to determine whether he should be forced to return to his native Kenya.

Immigration Judge Leonard I. Shapiro set the date during a brief hearing in a Boston immigration court. Obama joined a crowd of more than 30 immigrants from Pakistan, Guatemala, and Uganda who were facing hearings.

After Shapiro’s ruling, Obama’s attorney, Scott Bratton, told reporters that his client’s long-term goal is to remain in the United States. [...]

Despite a deportation order issued against him 21 years ago, Obama, a 68-year-old liquor store manager, stayed in Massachusetts, living and working undetected until Framingham police arrested him in August 2011 on drunken driving charges. He later admitted to sufficient facts in the case and was sentenced to a year’s probation that ends in March. [...]

Judge Shapiro, a Republican appointee, is a veteran immigration judge who also handled the deportation case of the president’s aunt, Zeituni Onyango. He granted her asylum in 2010 based in part on the exposure of her case to the media. [...]

  1. Yeah, and we should be willing to believe that “fair and comprehensive immigration reform” is in the works….

  2. Any bets that he’ll remain in the US?

  3. will he be deported? that’s a rhetorical question

  4. Deport the nephew and keep the uncle.

  5. Any mention of a birth certificate?

  6. I’ll believe it when I see his wrinkled old ass boarding the plane.

  7. Gee, I’m bettin’ that if Uncle has any heretofore undisclosed info on dear nephew that they don’t want to come out that the threat of deportation may cause Uncle to threaten to disclose it. Next thing you know the crazy old drunk Uncle has “an accident”in his cell and could very well be found swaying in the breeze in his cell with a bed sheet around his neck. Or perhaps he’ll have a ‘convenient’ medical problem-massive coronary, bloot clot-there are any number of posssibilities- and there he is, found dead as a doornail, on the floor of his jail cell. Hmmm, let’s watch and see………………….

  8. By rights, Auntie should have been deported. Since when is notoriety a valid reason for asylum?

The Criminal Illegal Alien Uncle should have been deported a couple of decades ago. He is a criminal not only for overstaying, but also a danger to the public. (You KNOW that isn’t the first time he has been drinking and driving LOL.)

However, if I were making book, I would say the odds are about 99.9 to 0.1 that Uncle Onyango will be given a pass and permanent residency.

Looks like criminality runs in the family. Obama illegal, uncle illegal, aunt illegal.

And the crooked corrupt US Judiciary protecting them all.

If they do not deport them, this will confirm that we have the most corrupt anarchist judi ciary in the world.

Time to take action against the Judiciary then.

  10. That’s not his biological uncle anyway. Barack “Obama” is the son of Frank Marshall Davis. BaracK Obama Sr. cut a deal with Davis to claim paternity of the child so Davis could cover himself and Obama could get quick citizenship.

  11. So Obama Sr. could get citizenship, I mean.

  12. If he’s deported will he take his nephew with him?

    Just dreamin’.

  13. Let me see if I have this right. A deportation order was issued against Uncle Oscar 21 years ago but he defied it and is still here. Now a judge schedules another deportation hearing 11 months in the future and lets him cruise around unrestricted and with a driver’s license no less. Where’d he get his SS card – Connecticut? Guess the package store didn’t use E-verify. And we wonder why we have illegal immigrants in the double digit millions running amuck in this country. Does anybody know the legal term for WTF and what’s so hard to understand about “You/they ain’t supposed to be here”?

  14. The druncle has been running wild for 21 years and we are led to believe the gubmint is going to overhaul immigration policy. Gawd, I want to laugh, but just can’t. Druncle and Auntie will die here from old age… on our dime.

  15. They should ask him where his nephew is born, and his deportation would depend on his answer.

  16. Just another bent twig on the Obama family bramble bush.

  17. It is wrong to deport this man just because he is Obama’s uncle. Doing so renders an injustice to him just as the Benghazzi video maker was jailed on a parole violation.

If it is immigration policy to pick and choose enforcement, then picking this guy because his nephew is famous is wrong. On the other hand, if all illegal aliens are deported, then it is right to deport this man.

  18. The Judge is the same Judge that gave Obama’s aunt amnesty!

  19. I think Uncle Obongo lived in the Philadelpia area back in the late 80’s and went by the name of “Mudbone Soot”
