5 Year-Old Girl Suspended After Threatening Fellow Student With “Hello Kitty” Bubble Gun Toy

It’s an Obama world.
A five year-old girl was suspended from kindergarten after suggesting she and a classmate should shoot each other with Hello Kitty bubble guns.

ABC News reported:

A 5-year-old girl was suspended from school earlier this week after she made what the school called a “terrorist threat.”

Her weapon of choice? A small, Hello Kitty automatic bubble blower.

The kindergartner, who attends Mount Carmel Area Elementary School in Pennsylvania, caught administrators’ attention after suggesting she and a classmate should shoot each other with bubbles.

“I think people know how harmless a bubble is. It doesn’t hurt,” said Robin Ficker, an attorney for the girl’s family. According to Ficker, the girl, whose identity has not been released, didn’t even have the bubble gun toy with her at school.

Libs are concerned about hurting children but they keep doing this kind of crap to children. This was just plain cruelty with no point or thought involved.

I think it’s not the bubbles.

It’s the Colt 1911-standard dimensions on that grip.

That’s not a terrorist threat. That’s a Democrat- threat as they often threaten to shoot Republicans.

You can’t fix the incredible stupidity of the liberals. Now, if they pretended to be having abortions, THAT would be progress….

  • This is child abuse, plain and simple! This “No Tolerance” crap is going to leave us with a generation of children who do not have the faintest concept of either common sense or the meaning of any of their rights guaranteed under the constitution!

Hope the parents have sense enough to homeschool that child!

  • Is there nobody with any common sense in the public school system?

  • #9 mountainwilliam – “No Tolerance” does not allow for any common sense on the part of anyone.

Thus we have kindergarteners suspended from school for Hello Kitty bubble guns and making a “gun” with their fingers and about-to-be-the-high-school-valedictorians expelled for daring to pack a plastic picnic knife to cut the lunch apple they cannot bite because of braces.

Common sense has completely left the building. OBEY – or be destroyed.

This is a public school. If this story is true, the parents need to fire the principal. If the publicly available information is correct, the principal’s name is Ms Mary Ann Krakowski.

Not my job. I am way across the country, and I sincerely hope this story has somehow been vastly distorted in the telling.

Common sense, ethics, and morality left our education system a long time ago, along with educational rigor, if these stories are true.

We have a domestic terrorist who planned to kill 25 million Americans as the keynote speaker at a national teacher conference.

It’s no wonder our education system is failing. It’s full of a$$holes busy doing political organizing INSTEAD of teaching the children. This is the same problem that Barack Obama and Bill Ayers encountered with the Annenberg Challenge — organizing the parents for political purposes is simply not the same thing as teaching the children.

The treatment this girl just experienced will scar her for life. .but heck to a lib, that’s OK. .as long as she does it THEIR way and not act like a child or be an independent person.

    Disgusting. .

What has happened to our society. . .

Next time I see a granny with a glue gun doing some scrapbooking, I’m calling the law. Is a roofer with a nail gun already a felon? C’mon!

  • stuart

    Staple guns: Dangerous, ban them.
Caulking guns: Well, they’re guns. Outlaw them.
Nail guns? Need I say more? Besides we don’t need nails. They are dangerous, sharp, pointy things. If nothing else, at least cut their high capacity nail clip size down to ten nails or less. If you can’t build a deck with just ten nails you have no business pretending you are a contractor anyway.
Glue guns? Don’t need them. We can apply glue with our fingers.
Chewing gum? “Gum” is only one letter away from “gun”. Coincidence? I think not.
They call guns “hardware” for a reason. It’s time to ban hardware. Lowes, and Home Depo: it’s time to shut them down for the sake of the children.
And then there are cake decorating guns. Kids, we are just getting started.

Time for the local parents to remove the local Principal and change the hiring process that got that person hired.

I would imagine affirmative action is involved, along with diversity and tolerance.

She probably didn’t think she would get in trouble since its not a “Hello Kitty” assault riifle.

    “Zero tolerance”!

It’s the school system’s way of not having to make tough decisions. A cop out! A “one size fits all” rule.

I don’t think this is a partisan issue
