More Lib Hate Propaganda: New Video “Exxon Hates Your Children” (Video)

It’s a new day.  Who do the Libs demand we loathe, detest, and despise, now?  Ahhh, we’re back to the fossil fuel industry.

Democrats, how proud are you?  You now belong to the party of malicious lies and hate-inspiring propaganda.  The party whose greatest skills are handing out marching orders for anger and hostility.  After releasing their shockingly vulgar fairy tale promoting hatred of the rich, the malignant minds of the Liberals have churned out yet another video of animosity.  Entitled, “Exxon Hates Your Children”, the populace is being pushed to find even more hatred within us to direct toward the evil fossil fuel industry.

The Hill reports,

Two liberal groups hope to gain momentum for ending taxpayer backing of fossil fuel production by making a very strong allegation about the nation’s largest oil company.

“Here at Exxon, we hate your children,” states a faux-Exxon official in a new ad from the groups Oil Change International and The Other 98% . “We all know the climate crisis will rip their world apart, but we don’t care, because it is making us rich.” …

As the “executive” speaks, viewers see images of extreme weather, such as violent storms and wildfires, that scientists say climate change will intensify. …

His group is backing legislation that would strip billions of dollars of tax deductions, royalty incentives and federal fossil fuel research programs.

But, a report from the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) actually reveals renewable energy is more heavily subsidized than fossil fuels.  So, the Liberal gripe that the fossil fuel industry receives preferential tax benefits is a lie.

From The Heritage Foundation:

But a new report from the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) handily debunks the myth that oil companies uniquely or excessively benefit from the tax code. One devastating chart sums up CBO’s key findings:

As the chart shows, renewable energy is far more heavily subsidized by tax carveouts than any other energy sector, including fossil fuels.

The chart does not, however, take into account the level of those subsidies in proportion to the amount of energy that each sector creates. By that measure, renewables’ federal subsidies are even more lopsided.

As Heritage’s David Kreutzer has pointed out, wind energy companies, for instance, get about 1000 times the subsidies that oil companies do, per kilowatt-hour of energy produced.

Obama’s War On Energy is a war on our economy.  The U.S. depends on fossil fuels for 85% of its energy supply.  Americans, barely making it in this wretched Obama economy, will be buried by another avoidable leap in energy costs.
