Domino’s Pizza Founder Sues Government Over Obamacare

The founder of Domino’s Pizza is suing the federal government over Obamacare.
My FOX NY reported:

The founder of Domino’s Pizza is suing the federal government over mandatory contraception coverage in the new health care law.

Tom Monaghan, a devout Roman Catholic, says contraception is not health care and instead is a “gravely immoral” practice. He’s a plaintiff in a lawsuit filed Friday in federal court, along with his Domino’s Farms, which runs an office park near Ann Arbor.

Monaghan offers health insurance that excludes contraception and abortion for employees. The new law requires employers to offer insurance that includes contraception coverage or risk fines. Monaghan says the law violates his constitutional rights, and he’s asking a judge to strike down the mandate.

And Bobby Jindal wants to ensure that the Democrats don’t run up the cost of contraception.

If you make it over-the-counter, it’s cheap, and it’s NOT covered by insurance.

You’d think headlines would be screaming, “Archbishop organizes churches in his diocese in civil disobedience against Obama’s trampling of freedom of conscience…” Or something like it. Instead it’s valiant individual Catholics stepping up while some members of the Catholic hierarchy yuck it up with the same politicians who’s cut their heads off!

I’m ordering their pizzas tomorrow! I’m glad someone is taking a stand!

GOOD FOR YOU, Domino’s!! It’s nice to see someone fight back – and it’s getting harder to fight back too, what with all the attacks from every direction from this president.

The government isn’t forcing you to buy Domino’s pizza like they are Obama’s Patient (rip-off) Protection and (un-) Affordable (for those that pay) Care Act.

But then again, most of those who support the likes of Obama, and his corrupt Obama Care program, pay little or nothing for their health care insurance (housing, food, energy, etc, etc).

It’s very easy to support Obama, and his socialist agenda, when you’re on public assistance and/or employed in the public sector.

Every job I ever had. has covered my health insurance, from the time I graduated college, never once working for the government. And “Obamacare” isn’t going to change that. Perhaps you need a better job.

The election and health care bill are complete fraud. Give me a uniform- conservative common sense responsibility. Let us get this over with. I will fight for freedom.

I’m torn between Papa Johns and Domino’s now.
