Why would they be concerned? The program of disinformation has worked, the desired result has been achieved. There will be no consequences.

  • I cannot stand jay carney and what he just said…

I don’t think the truth will ever truly come to light regarding Benghazi, Afghanistan nor Fast and Furious… among multiple other obama scandals.

  • Exile1981

No one will care in 3 months and anyone who does will be branded a traitor by the administration. I suspect I am looking at years t in a goolag in Alaska for my belief in the Constitution.

Just 4 little bumps in the road to power.

  • Sam Stone

TeachX3, could you have a job where you are told to say things you know are not the truth or so twisting the truth like Carney does?

I could never do such a thing and live with myself.

Neither is the media sitting there–

White House Spokesman Jay Carney told reporters today that the Obama administration is not particularly concerned about misleading the public on Benghazi.

Yep, the Republicans’ efforts will fade and the media will continue with their attitude of non-interest, and combined with the short-attention-span American public, it will soon be forgotten.

    Just like Fast and Furious.

  • SeniorD

Of course they’re not worried – the Regime and its sycophantic Congress have been lying since the Communist WH Occupier was first shoved down America’s throat.

  • #4 Exile1981… not many care now and I think that those that do, are getting very war weary.

#6 Sam Stone… no, I absolutely could not. My mother, as I’m sure did yours, taught me better.

I am not democrat nor am I republican and watching these two sides of corrupt clowns is getting the best of me. I feel like we are nothing but helpless ‘bumps in the road’ and I am not seeing a path to justice.

Is anybody else just plain freakin’ tired of it all? Maybe I just need to turn away for awhile and refresh.

UN Amb Susan Rice Advised Former Pres Clinton to rebuff
Sudan’s offer to Turn OBL Over To The US ,is Anti-Israel,
    & ProUN & Redistribution of US$! November 26, 2012 ….

[“In 1996 Rice helped persuade President Clinton to rebuff Sudan’s offer to
turn Osama bin Laden, who was then living there, over to U.S. authorities.
Rice reasoned that because Sudan had a poor human-rights record, the
U.S. should have no dealings with that nation’s government — not even to
obtain custody of the al Qaeda leader or to receive intelligence information
on terrorists from Sudanese authorities. Bin Laden subsequently moved his
terrorist operations to Afghanistan, from where he would mastermind the
    9/11 attacks.”

#10 TeachX3 Feel the same way you do. Gave up on the republicans back in the ‘read my lips’ days. The only way I could see the GOP getting back to it’s roots is to have a strong conservative/constitutional warrior who would take on the left and not try to be democrat light. Somebody with the guts and intelligence of a Levin. Would really be tough though as this warrior would also be taking on the bulk of the media and we saw what they did to Palin and Cain. I think there are still a very large number of Americans who would support this. Would be very interesting to see this happen as I don’t think the left would take it sitting down. Wonder what would happen.

  • Once again, with all the lies, deceit, and coverups we have seen, I have come to believe that if Obama were videotaped committing a brutal murder his followers would defend him and justify his actions. They would blame the Republicans for making a big deal out of nothing and being racist troublemakers.

“What, me worry?”. Remember someone sayin’ that. Kinda looked like Carney, as I recall.

an interview with pat smith whose son sean was murdered in benghazi. obama is stone cold.

We must keep demanding that the truth about the terrorists in Benghazi murdering four Americans be revealed. We must find out whether the President was telling the truth when he said he ordered that everything that could be done to save these Americans. If he was telling the truth, we must find out who in the Administration issued the stand down orders in spite of the President’s specific orders. We must demand the truth for the families of the four Americans that were killed in Benghazi. We must demand the truth for the families and loved ones of members of our military services so they know their loved ones will not be left behindto die at a future Benghazi.

And he said it without the Gomer Pyle accent!

#17: I agree completely. I have ordered a simple bumper sticker that says BENGHAZI in blood-red letters. I know it is a tiny thing, but I want to do my part to keep that word and idea alive. We must not let this fade, and we must revive our interest in F&F. Obama is counting on our letting these just fade away.

Even the “moderate” Sen. Collins has problems with Susan Rice. Here’s one:

Collins also raised new questions about Rice’s role in the 1998 embassy bombings in Kenya and Tanzania, when she was then-President Clinton’s assistant secretary of State for African Affairs — tying it with GOP concerns that the Obama administration turned down Stevens’s requests for more security prior to the attack.

“What troubles me so much is the Benghazi attack in many ways echoes the attacks on both embassies in 1998, when Susan Rice was head of the African region for our State Department,” Collins said. “In both cases, the ambassador begged for additional security.”

Collins said Rice told her “she was not involved directly in turning down the requests.”

“But surely,” Collins added, “given her position .. she had to be aware of the general threat assessment and the ambassadors’ repeated requests for more security … [h]er actions — and whether or not lessons were learned from the 1998 attacks on our embassies in Africa — are important questions.”

More on Susan Rice…no wonder she swaggers. One (1) investment at @half-million —

Susan Rice, the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations whose name has been floated as a possible secretary of state nominee, may soon face opposition from the environmental lobby over what the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) called a potential financial conflict of interest on Wednesday.

According to her May 2012 financial disclosure, Rice has an investment in TransCanada Corporation worth between $300,000 and $600,000. TransCanada is angling for the State Department’s permission to build the final portion of the Keystone XL pipeline — a 1,700-mile conduit for crude oil between Canadian deposits and Texas refineries.

If she were confirmed as secretary of state, Rice would have final authority to green-light the large section of the pipeline project still languishing in regulatory purgatory.
