More Americans are on food stamps than the population of 24 states – or about 47% of the country.
Obama promised to remake the country… and he’s doing just that.

An analysis by Breitbart News has found that the number of individuals on food stamps now exceeds the combined populations of 24 states and the District of Columbia.
In November, the U.S. Department of Agriculture reported that a record 47,102,780 individuals receive food stamps.
According to US. Census Bureau data, that figure exceeds the combined populations of: Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
Since January 2009, the number of individuals on food stamps has skyrocketed from 31.9 million to the current record high 47.1 million. By comparison, in 1969 just 2.8 million Americans received food stamps.
Also benefiting from the rapid rise in food stamps are companies like JP Morgan who administer Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) cards. A recent report by the Government Accountability Institute found that since 2004, JP Morgan’s 24 state EBT contracts have totaled at least $560,492,596.02.
Last year, the food stamp program (officially known as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program or SNAP) cost taxpayers $72 billion, more than double the $30 billion spent four years ago.

I often wonder, how many people have a geniune need for food stamp help, and how many just get it, then sell their balances. I am getting sick and tired of walking into food stores and someone outside saying, “I have 200 left on my EBT card (food stamp debit card) and I’ll sell you the $200 for $100 cash…..I’ll give you the pin, you shop, come out and pay me.” (Or something to that effect) — It makes me sick, and I don’t know how to report the fraud, as I would NEVER buy someone’s food monies for any amount less, and give them cash.
There are SO many people that TRULY do need “a hand up” in these hard times, until they can find work, but these pieces of shyte that are getting the “hand out” and abusing the system pizz me off, and it makes it bad for those just needing temporary help in time of need, and WANT TO FIND WORK and get off the help.

The goal–get everyone impoverished and on food stamps, and have companies and rich fat cats pay for it. Of course, they will be impoverished and on food stamps as well, which means that full equality will finally be achieved and America will have become a better place as everyone starves together. A large picture of Obama will be hung on the facade of the White House, and a reviewing stand built so that he can wave to the millions of people gathered for the yearly May Day parades at 1600 Penn.
