11-6-2012: The Day America Changed

November 6, 2012 is the day America changed.
8 to 9 percent unemployment is the new normal. It’s good enough. 46 million people on food stamps is OK. It shows we care. Debt spending is good. It will get paid off some day and if not, our kids can worry about it. Trillion dollar deficits make sense.

Socialized medicine is good. It will cost more, but did you honestly believe it wouldn’t? It doesn’t matter what you were told. Catholics should pay for abortions. Sandra Fluke is a prophet. Abortions and birth control should be free. We should fund abortions overseas, too.

The First Lady should be allowed to blow millions on lavish vacations. The White House parties should cost millions, too. The president should play as much golf and basketball as he pleases. They deserve it. They work hard.  They’re Democrats.

Greedy Americans should pay more taxes and millions of Americans who pay no taxes should receive more free money. It’s only fair. Businesses can afford to pay more taxes too. That’s what they teach you in school, right? We all know the Bush tax cuts that brought the deficit from $450 billion to $175 billion in four years and created millions of jobs didn’t work. Obama said so. And did you know Obama created 5 million jobs? Who cares how he came up with that number. In September he even created 600,000 part-time jobs somewhere. And, don’t you dare question his math.

Benghazi was a protest, or a terrorist attack. Obama said so from the beginning. Who cares anyway. Things like that happen all the time. And the media never covered anything up to help the president either. Right, 60 Minutes?

Al-Qaeda is dead or on the run.

We pushed the restart button with Russia. Putin is a democrat. He can be trusted. What do you mean there are Russian subs in the Gulf and off the east coast?

It’s not racist that 97% of blacks vote Democrat. It’s racist if you are white and vote Republican.

The media is your friend. The mainstream media is not biased. They would never hide anything from you.

Katrina was a national embarrassment.  It was Bush’s fault.  Sandy was not so bad.  And Obama did a great job focusing on it from between campaign stops.  The people are not suffering so much or we would have heard about it in the news.

America was once the land of the free. Now we want to be told what to do. More government is good. We want stuff.
On Tuesday America changed.

But the fight is not over.

God help us in the days ahead.

In response to someone nattering on another site about how the election — and the nation — was lost I offered this:

The election was lost decades ago when the media stopped watching out for the nation, and sided essentially en masse for the Democratic Party.

America, as an exceptional nation standing for individual freedom, is over.

Congress has become more and more impotent. I would say we are at a point approximately corresponding to when Caesar Augustus “relieved” the Roman Senate of its responsibilities. Don’t expect Obama to pay much attention to Congress from here on out. Better get used to executive orders being the order of the day, along with ObamaCare cum death panels.

Hoping for a Republican Party and an election to fix this mess? Good luck with that.

It was nice while it lasted.

(It is pretty ridiculous to expect the electorate to get the story straight with about a four hour window of sort of unfiltered Presidential debates, especially after the media has bulked up the nation with misleading disinformation for the past four years.)

This is over! We all prayed, God answered and he said NO! It’s that simple. This country has cancer and now it’s terminal.

Everyone talks about this is the end, well this is the beginning of the end. There is nothing anyone alive can do to turn this around after the next 4 years!

Supreme Court will be lost even more than it already is for the next generation.

15 trillion in debt is going to be nothing compared to what the tally will be in 2016 not to mention the interest being paid to our enemies.

Governing by fiat through executive orders will be just fine with the disgusting, vile, pathetic, paid for so-called media. Just like the last 4 years, 0bama will get a pass along with his regime. No accountability whatsoever.

My only hopes is that every liberal haven and ghetto gets “free” abortions, free birth control for the women not the men, condoms prevent stds which is going to be needed in this scenario, free legal drugs and they lower the age for alcohol and legal drugs to 17.

Also the in the ghettos and liberal havens I think all academic, physical and IQ requirements should be lowered for doctors, police, firefighters, lawyers and any position where life hinges on the success.

They live in sin, they want everything free, they want to kill their own babies, they want to have all the sex they can without paying for their own contraception, they want and need test scores lowered so this trash can be considered equal. I say give it all to them, give them what they want and let them hang themselves!

Party trumps the good of the country. The Democratic party is (and has been for some time) solely concerned with buying votes and being in power. I don’t believe that they are really stupid enough to believe that giving everyone handouts is good in the long run. But it gives them votes today. It’s all about what’ll keep them in power for the moment.

As far as the proof? I don’t need a spreadsheet to know that driving off a cliff is harmful to my health. Only a party hack will argue with that, and there sure seems to be a lot of them. As that lefty Bob Dylan said “You don’t need a weatherman to tell which way the wind blows”.

    Braking The War Menatlity

    March 10, 1983
    by Barack Obama

[Mark Bigelow, a graduate intern from Union Theological Seminary who works with Don to keep ARA running smoothly, agrees. “It seems that students here are fairly aware of the nuclear problem, and it makes for an underlying frustration. We try to talk to that frustration.” Consequently. the thrust of ARA is towards generating dialogue which will give people a rational handle on this controversial subject. this includes bringing speakers like Daniel ElIsberg to campus, publishing fact sheets compiled by interested faculty, and investigating the possible development of an interdisciplinary program in the Columbia curriculum dealing with peace, disarmament, and ‘world order. Tied in with such a thrust is the absence of what Don calls “a party line.”By taking an almost apolitical approach to the problem, ARA hopes to get the university to take nuclear arms issues seriously. “People don’t like having their intelligence insulted,” says Don, “so we try to disseminate infonnation and allow the individual to make his or her own decision.”]

Regardless of the current circumstances, now is NOT a time for weak knees or a rubber spine. The path ahead is going to be very difficult. Do not go quietly into this dark night but resolve to work relentlessly to right this great wrong we have inflicted upon ourselves. The wolves will continue to nip at our heels – that is the way of the world. If you are not strong, then by all that is Holy, get to it! If you do not understand how your country was designed to work, then get to it! If your relationship with God is broken, get to it! Mother Teresa had it right and this will be my mantra for the next 48 months. ‘One day we shall all have eternity to rest.’ Now is not the time. May God bless the USA and its people and in turn may we bless this messed up world in which we live.

    Nazism is Socialism*

    by Friedrich August von Hayek
Published in the spring of 1933

[But the dominant feature is a fierce hatred of anything capitalistic-
individualistic profit seeking, large scale enterprise, banks, joint-stock
companies, department stores, “international finance and loan capital,”
the system of “interest slavery” in general; the abolition of these is
described as the “basis of the programme, around which everything else
turns.” It was to this programme that the masses of the German people,
who were already completely under the influence of collectivist ideas,
    responded so enthusiastically.

That this violent anti-capitalistic attack is genuine, and not a mere
piece of propaganda, becomes as clear from the personal history of
the intellectual leaders of the movement as from the general milieu
from which it springs. It is not even denied that many of the young
men who today play a prominent part in it have previously been
    communists or socialists.]

I started my life in America back in 1925. I had a brother and a sister, both now deceased. During the Great depression we were cowboys and cowgirls on my folks ranch in Julian, California.

At 17 I volunteered to join the Navy Air Corps in 1943 (WWII), but shortly thereafter changed that direction to pursue a medical course. I was a Navy corpsman and later a Navy Midshipman in a college training program. When the Korean War began the Navy called me back to serve with the Marines as a surgeon.

In 1952 I left the Navy to begin a private surgical practice in Pasadena California. My older brother had served in the Army at the Battle of the Bulge. My classmates were killed in Europe and the Pacific, never complaining about what they were asked to do. Yes, this truly was the Greatest Generation.

I later developed and held U.S. Patents on five original zsurgical implants for use in the human body. My most famous one was for the replacement of the temporomandibular joint, a technique which Mayo Clinic says corrects 95% of the osteoarthritis of that joint. I have taught this surgery around the world and innovated it and the other new and predicate devices always at my own expense. I later founded two medical device companies to carry forth the production of a couple of the devices I had innovated. I pursued approvals through tghe FDA and received such approvals, at millions of dollars of expense.
But finally, I found our Federal Government, through the FDA regulatory body, very corrupt.

So at age 87 I have just had my book, FDA, You Were WRONG! published and released on Amazon. It tells the story of a corrupt and overburdening regulatory body, and its effect on innovation. Stopping Innovation Stops America.

I truly worry about what I see happening in our country and the effect it will likely have on our children, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. Wake up America. We are heading down the road of other socialist states. We are losing our freedoms and complaining very little. Read my book. It will be an eye opener. May God bless America. I saw it in it’s better days.

    So it turns out that:

    (1) Nate Silver and the supposedly biased pollsters were right and the conservative pundits were wrong, and

    (2) A party that is full of racists has a hard time winning minority voters, and

    (3) Social conservatives who think that women should be forced to give birth to the offspring of their rapists lose, and

    (4) Same-sex marriage can win — four times, even!

Huh. Reflect on these things, Republicans.

Ummm how do you explain obama and the democrats? Or are you just stating that whites being a minority are powerless?
