Veterans for a Strong America released this powerful ad today.
The ad includes footage of Billy and Karen Vaughn, parents of fallen SEAL Aaron Vaughn.

The national security leaks from the Obama White House threaten American lives and those of our allies. The parents of fallen Navy SEAL Aaron Vaughn, Billy and Karen Vaughn, recount how their son warned them of the risks that leaks have on the lives of his fellow SEALs and on the families back home.

More… As many of you recall, I ran into the Vaughns at a conference in Tampa.
Here is what they told me about Obama’s national security policies.

    The real tragedy of the corrupt & complicit media is that they don’t report, investigate or follow up on stories like this. And even when they do report them, they count on people forgetting about it a few days later … which sadly often happens.

    For eg. Is anyone seriously trying to determine who leaked this information?
    Has anyone asked Obama if he still thinks his “son” Trayvon was killed by a racist?
    Is anyone in the media going to investigate charges that the Obama campaign is taking illegal foreign donations?

    The list is almost endless. Big “Breaking News” stories that go nowhere. Because nothing ever seems to stick to the Teflon President.

    Shameful, absolutely shameful.

But, when the Commander and Chief receives more cover then the men and women on the Battle field, the results are dangerous and heartbreaking.     Great ad –but is sucks. It needs to be 30 seconds and it needs to be on Sunday efternoons and evenings for college and pro foootball and for the MLB playoffs.

    The only monetary contributions I’ve made this campaign season have been to the OPSEC Education Fund, meaning Operational Security. It’s a fund/501c3 nonprofit organization founded by former military special operations and retired veterans of those programs: SEALS, Marine Force Recon, Army Special Forces (Green Berets). I’ve never seen the level of disdain for a president as great as these men have for Obama (and I should say women also).

    If you all are truly hoping for more such testimony from military families, you should consider googling the OPSEC Education Fund and giving them a dime or three. They could really use a benefactor ie the same way the Swiftboat Veterans for Truth finally got their story out. Thanks from a military wife.
