Former Vice President Dick Cheney weighed in on Joe Biden’s outrageous behavior at the 2012 Vice Presidential Debate last night on Hannity.
Cheney also said Joe Biden had a “volatile personality.”
“I was disturbed by it.”

    I don’t think Joe Biden has a volatile personality. I think that he has permanent brain damage from the two cerebral aneurysms that he had and the two surgeries to repair them, which makes him both more prone to a stroke than he would otherwise be and leads to significant cognitive and behavioral issues.

    I was very disturbed by this behaviour too. Biden is unfit to be out in public by himself, let alone be so near to the “big red button”. The guy is unhinged and psychotic, deranged, drugged, drunk, demented? Who knows, but he should be locked up in a straight jacket before he does any more harm to America.

    No he doesn’t. He has brain damage – LITERALLY. Two aneurysms, two brain surgeries. That leads to permanent damage and it is not uncommon at all for it to manifest itself as volatility or unreliability or antisocial behaviour. And it isn’t fixable.

    Something went wrong with that 6 day deep sleep hypno therapy the mental handlers used to prepare Biden for the debate. KY was Lucky he didn’t run over some 6 year old girl with his speeding motorcade on the way home.
