The Mitt Romney campaign released this video today blasting Barack Obama on his failed fiscal policies.
The US deficit is certain to reach a trillion dollars for the fourth year in a row.

You have to give Obama credit, this is a man who knows how to deal with a crisis. Some nut like Mitt Romney would run around shooting Muslims from the hip, but Obama meets with his advisers and dutifully studies ways to make each and every crisis that much worse. Because that’s what good government is.

Err what do embassies need security for anyway? What are the real odds of a bunch of Muslim Jihadists deciding to carry out a series of embassy attacks timed with September 11? Also who needs 20,000 Marines, let’s cut that money and put it into Solyandra and free condoms for Catholic schools.
But that’s okay. Stop looking at the negative and focus on the positive.
I know the images on our televisions are disturbing. But let us never forget that for every angry mob, there are millions who yearn for the freedom, and dignity, and hope that our flag represents. That is the cause of America – the ideals that took root in our founding; the opportunity that drew so many to our shores; and the awesome progress that we have promoted all across the globe.
There’s a silver lining for every cloud. For every Muslim who is burning an American embassy, there’s a Muslim yearning to move to America and bomb our bars, planes and Christmas tree lighting events.
Who needs security anyway?

About time the Romney campaign got back to the economy. They waisted all of last week talking about Syria, et. al… They are losing this election big time! If they don’t get back to the economy quickly and stay focused on it, they are going to lose by a large margin. If that happens, we get four more years of Obama and the large margin of victory will give him (and Obamacare) a mandate!
Romney might make a good president, but he is the absolute worst politician I have ever seen. What a disaster of a presidential campaign.

Obama and the Enablers have choked off production right when economic growth might save their programs. But then, the very urge to make such programs government programs always seems to go along with the urge to choke off the production that would make the programs feasible.
We do need more revenue in the government stream, if only to pay off our debts. Higher tax rates will produce less revenue, as will the parade of suffocating regulations. Lower tax rates and fewer rules will produce decent economic growth. “Progressives” either can’t learn this lesson or won’t live by it.

Have you noticed that no Democratic politician seems to understand the difference between higher tax rates and higher revenue streams? I keep hearing from them that the Republicans have no new ideas. This is a crock, of course. The Republicans have new economic experimental data from a few states, showing that some states have been able to handle our recent economic challenges.
They have used economic theory that has experimental support to handle economic problems. Here’s the support.
