Obama Honored Fallen SEALs By Sending Their Parents a Form Letter Signed By Electric Pen

On August 6, 2011, 30 US service members were killed when a CH-47 Chinook helicopter they were being transported in crashed in Wardak province, Afghanistan. It was the deadliest single loss for U.S. forces in the decade-long war in Afghanistan. 17 members of the elite Navy SEALs were killed in the crash.

Yesterday, Karen and Billy Vaughn, parents of Aaron Carson Vaughn, spoke at the Defending the Defenders forum sponsored by the Tea Party Patriots outside the RNC Convention in Tampa. Karen brought a copy of the form letter they were sent following their son’s death.

It’s a form letter.

It was signed by an electric pen.

That’s not all.
Karen Vaughn reached out to the parents of the other SEALs killed in that crash.
Their letters were all the same.
Form letters – signed by an electric pen.

Here’s a closer look at the letter sent to the parents of Chief Petty Officer Nicholas H. Null.
It’s the same form letter.

After the deadliest single loss of US forces in Afghanistan, Barack Obama sent out form letters to the parents.

UPDATE: But Obama did send a personal letter to rapper Heavy D’s family when he passed away.

    #38 Best support that.

Bush didn’t just write letters, he met with families, and not just SPEC-OPS operators.

It’s because the administration sold out SEAL Team Six. These men were human sacrifices so Bin Laden’s fan base doesn’t take it out on the president directly. It wouldn’t surprise me in the least.

There’s a reason why the SEALs are angry enough at Obama to make documentaries trashing him, starting PACs to oppose him, and the actual soldiers who took out Bin Laden are now telling their own story.

    dang, posted the wrong excerpt..

    here you go..

[Many businesses today find themselves locked in an arms race with competitors to see who can convert customer secrets into the most pennies. To try to win, they are building perfect digital dossiers, to use a phrase coined by Daniel Solove, massive data stores containing hundreds, if not thousands or tens of thousands, of facts about every member of our society. In my work, I’ve argued that these databases will grow to connect every individual to at least one closely guarded secret. This might be a secret about a medical condition, family history, or personal preference. It is a secret that, if revealed, would cause more than embarrassment or shame; it would lead to serious, concrete, devastating harm. And these companies are combining their data stores, which will give rise to a single, massive database. I call this the Database of Ruin. Once we have created this database, it is unlikely we will ever be able to tear it apart.]

The military/families have figured Obama out long before now. Obama gave Iraq away. That simple. He helped overthrow our ally. He does nothing to help our ally protesters in Iran and Syria.

He allows the daily killing of our soldiers in Afgan, all the while setting up the situation of a no-win. He apologizes while they kill our boys.

I wouldn’t blame a soldier for spitting. Our soldiers understand the risks when they sign up or make careers, but this is unacceptable. Do you think they buy all this newfound respect for the military after his voting record, leaking and actions? We must help them.

    Great Moments in Autopen History

[Minutes before midnight, after a landslide House vote of 250-153,
President Obama signed legislation backing a four-year extension
on the controversial USA PATRIOT Act. (Did you know that’s an
acronym for Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing
Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism?
Now you do.) Yay, habeas corpus denials, warrantless searches
and carte blanche wiretapping! Four more years! Four more years!

Because the president was in France, he was required to sign it using an
autopen machine: that rare and wonderful device favored by politicians,
sports stars and celebrities, that can mechanically reproduce the act of
signing one’s autograph. (See one in action here!)

Since first being patented in the U.S. in 1804 by English inventor John
Isaac Hawkins, the autopen has scribbled its way into American history
    — and infamy — over and over again.]

aah, there’s Isaac again, when will we the people get a clue.. too many
lies and negatively v positive truths, which will win the day?? Gods light
    or the Nothings darkness??

    Prayer for our Troops

“Lord, hold our troops in your loving hands. Protect them as
theyprotect us. Bless them and their families for the selfless
acts they perform for us in our time of need. Please place a
hedge of protection around each and everyone. I ask this in
the name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.”

    negatively = negativity

Cripe, GP, you’ve been watching the man in action for three years. Did you really expect anything else?

We have a good friend who’s a drone pilot in the Army. When he called two weeks ago I asked him about military support for Obama. His reply: “You won’t hear this, but there is none.”

  • swiaGunToter

At least the letter doesn’t suggest that Memorials be sent Obama’s re-election campaign. That request will arrive in a separate letter.

Under Obama, Faith in Army’s Direction Falls to All-Time Low of 26%

[The number of Army leaders who believe that the largest military branch
is heading in the right direction has hit an all-time low, according to an
independent survey of 17,000 commissioned and non-commissioned officers.

In a global survey conducted in November and December of 2011, only 26
percent of Army leaders who participated agreed with the statement that
the Army “is headed in the right direction to prepare for the challenges of
    the next 10 years.”]

The signatures are different. Not an auto-pen.

  • rabble-rouser

Am I the only one shocked the letter mentions the Name of God? Also that the letter is not about himself. I was prepared for a redundant use of singular pronouns.

Word is, a special new ring in Hell is being built just for Obama. Well deserved. It will be delayed though, the builders are all Union.

We’re talking a “Community Organizer in Chief” who openly hates America.

I’m shocked he didn’t sign an EO, forbidding the honoring of war heroes…

Do we know for a fact that Bush, Clinton, &c. sent hand-signed letters?

  • CenterRight

The six signatures in the pictures are clearly all different from each other. It may be a form letter, but I think a human signed them.

#53 You sometimes are just bats, bg.

You can sympathize with murderous anarchists who seek to over-turn the government by violence, subverting the military?

    Consider your ways, lady.

  • StacyH

Getting angry about this makes us as bad as they are. Don’t look for insult where there is none.

All service families recieve a form letter upon the death of a military member. I’m sure even George Bush’s signature was electronic.

There are plenty of real things to be angry with Obama about. THis is not one of them.
