Mitt Goes on Attack – Rips Obama Campaign’s “Falsehoods and Dishonesty” (Video)

Mitt Romney slammed the Obama campaign’s “falsehoods and dishonesty” this morning on FOX and Friends.
The Politico reported:
Mitt Romney on Monday accused President Barack Obama of running a “campaign based on falsehood and dishonesty,” while brushing aside suggestions from anxious conservatives to release more than two years of tax returns.
“A campaign based on falsehood and dishonesty does not have long legs,” Romney said on “Fox and Friends,” later adding: “The president only has one thing going, and that is constant attacks on me. They’re dishonest. They’re misdirected. And I think the American people recognize that kind of politics as something of the past. It may work in Chicago, but it’s not going to work across America.”
The presumptive Republican nominee also dismissed calls from some in the GOP to release more of his tax returns, arguing it would only give the Obama campaign “more things to pick through, more things for their opposition research to make a mountain out of, and to distort and to be dishonest about.”
Romney tried to flip the transparency card back at the president.
“If we want to talk about transparency, the real issue is, why has this president used his presidential power and executive privilege to keep the information about the Fast and Furious program from being explained to the American people?”

Then way isn’t the spread between Romney and Obama further away in Romney’s favor.
I don’t believe that Americans are listening, I pray that with in the next two months they will or Romney gets bolder and starts laying out his plans in more detail for America.

For Obama to be “tied” with Romney at this point is virtually fatal for his re-election hopes. First the polls skew to the left, they always do. Obama really has an approval of about 40%. Not 44-47% (or whatever they say). The polls look very bad for Obama. Plus the economy isn’t going to bounce for him, it’s only going to slow and the numbers will be bad.

Try saying “If he wants his people to call me a felon and not apologize, then I will call him a two-bit lying hustler that only steals the taxpayer’s money for his own use. I pay for my family vacations and do not send the wife, kids, and all our friends/business associates to stay in luxury on someone else’s dime. That is called STEALING and I believe that is also a felony when done on his scale.”

Not just “Obama is doing a lousy job.” But explain why he is doing a lousy job.
It’s not just about “Obama’s record”.
That record is a result of Obama’s character, background, and beliefs as shaped by his associates going all the way back to his formative years. People like Frank Marshall Davis, Bill Ayers. The people preach Communism and revolution, they are against the American system and the American way of life. People like White House Communications Director Anita Dunn and Manufacturing Czar Ron Bloom and former Green Jobs Czar Van Jones, all of whom admire Chairman Mao. These are the people Obama has employed to change the American system of government into a socialist welfare state.
The very character of the president imprints itself upon the country to some extent. And this president and this administration, aided and abetted by a willing media, are imprinting values foreign to us upon the fabric of America.
That is what this election is about. And THAT is what Romney must explain to the American people, because that is why Obama’s policies are failing.
