If it isn’t a “tax” then it is unconstitutional. Supreme Court ruled it as a tax it is under the Constitution. If it isn’t a tax then it is unlawful and must be disregarded.
Whatever the hell it is…it is the most evil..misguided and most expensive document ever dumped on the American people and must be destroyed in it’s entirety. If that means to get rid of Obamacare..Obama must go..then make up your mind..get up out of your chair and vote in November to send both of them to the trash pile.

Folks, have you notice that he’s spent $6 trillion with “guarnatees” that the unemployment rate would NEVER go below 8%, that was with the TARP, or the $876 billion bailout that he said was an emergency, and that Congress had to pass one Friday afternon. Just for the record, EVERYTHING that the Democrats do is considered a crisis, and the lapdog Liberal media dutifully broadcasts their message.
U-3 (there are 6 different unemployment rates that the Democrats can use to fudge whatever subject is the Crisis du Jour) is at 8.2% but U-6 (actual unemployment) is at 14.5%. Gas prices are still high and Obama cancelled the Keystone XL pipeline because, because, I don’t know, it would create 10s of thousands of jobs?
And so what has Bernanke decided is the best course of action? Print money. Lots of it. Because in his world, sit down for this, “Printing money fixes an economy”. So, why not start printing $5,000 and $10,000 denominations? Oh I forgot, it would make it easier for all those drug dealers streaming across the border to hide bricks of cash, as if they aren’t doing that already. What is the difference between a $5k bill, and 500 C-notes? Not a whole lot.
Anyway, all that money that Bernanke is printing is finding its way into the stock market, and IMHO is artificially raising stock prices. The alternative would be to be more Reagan-esque and get U-6 down to the 4% range, these people would then pay income taxes, and companies could go ahead with expansion and you would then see a rise in production and an increase in the stock market by legitimate valuations. A rising market lifts all boats.

You what they doing by fighting so hard to that they are not! So if they say they are creating jobs they are not they are destroying them! If they say they are for America, they are against us! They lie about everything and blame others of doing what they are actually doing they all need to hang for treason!!!

How can any of them still be considered fit for office when these evil liberals have purposely and errogantly broken every vow they have taken and sworn to uphold including the Constitution?!

It is simply amazing that of all the criminal acts and behaviour of obama and the demorats
the government continues to get away with everything and intentionally creating a public frenzy of whining, finger pointing and flip flopping to insure come November it all starts over again.
