Krauthammer on Jeb Bush: “His Problem Was Equating His Father to Ronald Reagan” (Video)

Charles Krauthammer told The O’Reilly Factor that Jeb Bush is wrong about Reagan and that Reagan would indeed be very comfortable with the Tea Party movement. Charles added,

“His problem is equating his father to Ronald Reagan. His father was a very good president. History will smile upon him. But he was no Reagan. His father was a moderate Republican, a moderate conservative. Reagan was a movement conservative.”

Charles gets it.

    Reagan had a very clear mandate that he articulated on the campaign trail. My concern with Romney is that he hasn’t espoused any mandate on his plan to change policies in DC. Don’t get me wrong, I will be voting for Romney, but it’s concerning that I have to take it on faith that he was the desire, will and fortitude to make and sell a strong conservative agenda.
