    I am waiting for the idiots who think they are going to have “free” health care discover that is just not the case.

    You do realize this decision does leave the feds the ability to tax anything they wish and to require you to purchase it as well.

It has always been a tax and even those poor unwashed libs in the hinterland are going to have to pay it, or else. Why do you think this regime is hiring 16,000 tax collectors for the IRS?

    I just hope that if I have a stroke it happens before I turn 70, because after age 70, no invasive emergency procedures will be allowed. So if any of you libs out there love your parents or grandparents, just remember there are a slew of regs which will deny your loved one any hope of being cared for when they have a catastrophic medical condition.

    Only the people who are currently paying taxes and/or have a refund coming could possibly be penalized. Do you really think that the people who pay nothing now are going to get a bill, and PAY it? No Way… I give it a year before Obama issues another executive order telling us they won’t be “enforcing” that part of the law. That’s assuming he doesn’t do it BEFORE the election when he waives the student loans and home mortgages ….

    Billions of dollars will flow into states to twist their arms to form the “health care exchanges.” Americans who will not get insurance through their employers will be forced into these socialized medicine exchanges.
    The regime elites and the very rich will now have their own separate stellar hospitals and polyclinics while the rest of us will fight over the dreadful socialized medical care “exchanges.”
    If you think communist style health care is great because it is free, you are right. You get free euthanasia, free medicine that is in short supply, free denial of service, free denial of necessary lab tests, free long wait for emergency medical procedures, free care for illegals that you subsidize, and free rationing of care based on age and insufficient funding.
