How can she call herself a Catholic when she repeatedly comes out against Church doctrine?

Nancy Pelosi told reporters today:
“My Catholic faith compels me to support same-sex marriage.”
Where’d she learn that?

Pelosi also said supporting gay marriage was worth any political risk.

I demand that Nancy Pelosi be excommunicated right now!! The Bible says we are supposed to throw out people who will not repent, and not let them back in until not only they do repent, but prove it beyond a doubt. She is reprobate! She is a fallen woman! She is evil incarnate because of the evil that she does and the evil that she supports coming from others that are evil, and the evil that she does that she no longer sees, if she ever did see it to begin with. She walks with Satan! She should be thrown out of her church and she should be excommunicated right now. She follows the rules for excommunication, she does something sinful, she will not see the sin she does, she won’t take rebuke from those around here that she is in sin and refuses to see it. That is grounds for excommunication, and throw her out as long as this evil exists in her. And if it lasts for years because she will not see the sin she does, then forbid her from ever coming back into the fold.

Hey, Nancy! I dare you to read Romans 1:16-32! I am not a Catholic, I am Lutheran but I know that from the top on down the ranks would disown your statement. You are not Catholic. You are not a Christian at all. Anyone who knows Christ would know that homosexuality is a depraved and sinful lifestyle. It does nothing but destroy the person from within and separates them from the love of God. God would never condone it but try to rescue them from it. All you have done is followed the statement in verse 32 giving it your whole approval and then say God would also be accepting of it. You don’t know God at all! You, Biden and Obama had better wake up or you will all suffer the consequences both now and in eternity. You can only be loving toward homosexuals by telling them the truth of God’s Word; that Jesus came to die for all the sins listed in those passages, not to give them approval of their lifestyle. God’s law shows us our sins. His Grace and mercy and salvation has redeemed us from their consequences. If they listen to you, they will die with you. If they listen to God, they will live. For the sake of Jesus Christ, repent and believe in Jesus and you will all know the truth and you will all live in His love. Please, wake up!

jeeze…don’t make me have to defend pelosi…UGH…but, legally, she’s right: marriage inequality is unconsitutional discrimination and has already been found so by a number of courts.
as for the religion part of her statement: it’s a little known, little-discussed by the clergy, fact that the roman catholic church has ceremonies on their books for the blessing of male couplings….but nothing for females, natch.

I saw this today: God does not create a man to be a homosexual and then condemn homosexuality as a sin in his word. If He did, He would be a liar and God is none such. That is like saying that God created a serial killer. People are not born homosexuals.

Homosexuals deserve no rights. Lesbian’s deserve no rights. Bi-sexual’s deserve no rights. And there is no such thing as Transsexuals, so that’s a non subject. The only way that a Transsexual exists clinically is if a child is born with such misdeveloped genitals, or no genitals, or is a hiermaphrodite or something like that, and surgery was performed and the doctors didn’t tell the parents what they did, and hoped they’d get away with it by the time the parents noticed something different about the child down there, that would be the only way that a boy was made into a girl somehow, or a girl was made into a boy somehow. Of course all that about Transsexuals is a fantasy and the AMA would never allow a doctor to perform experimental surgery on a newborn for any reason whatsoever without the parents permission.

Okay, now on to the main subject based on my first statement about no person who calls themselves “gay”, which is a misnomer, has any right to extra rights than anyone who is born in this country other than what the Constitution allows. And don’t give me all the lawyer excuses and fancy talk because for ten thousand years every living soul knows and has known that “marrage” is between a man and a woman. And the reason why is for the purpose of procreation of the species of mankind.

Now, if “gays” can prove they are a different “species” of human, or they are some separate “race” of person, or something like that, they are not entitled to anymore rights than the Constitution allows. Marrage is out of the question to be questioned because it is a foundation of mankind that every soul on Earth knows that marrage is between a man and a woman…period. No more talk about it, end of discussion. Now, the ball is in their court to prove they are a different species, or race. If they can’t then they have no rights to anything other than anyone else who is born on Earth. Because if they were born under some other religion other than Christianity they would be dead by now and their body parts would be thrown in the woods or the ocean. They should just keep their mouths shut about it and be thankful to God that they live in America and not any other country in the world.
