Sick! Liberal Socialist Sympathizer Thinks Abortion Is Funny… Tweets Before And After Pictures

By: Andrea Ryan

Vile and disgusting.  Liberal Socialist sympathizer, Sarah Silverman, thinks abortion is funny.  The comedienne cracked jokes on her Twitter account Friday saying, “Got a quickie aborsh in case R v W gets overturned.”  Then she followed it with “before and after” pictures of herself with a burrito-bloated, pregnant-looking belly, and then showed herself with a flat stomach… insinuating it was after the baby was aborted and removed.  But, it was a hoax.  And Silverman’s Twitter readers were supposed to think that a joke about removing a growing human life is hilarious.  It’s ironic that she mentions Roe v. Wade, since Norma McCorvey, the anonymous plaintiff in the lawsuit, has since regretted her decision and now actively speaks out against abortion.

From the Daily Mail,

Comedienne Sarah Silverman joined America’s current War on Women yesterday after she tweeted a hoax before-and-after abortion photo.

Reigniting the women’s rights movement via Twitter, the 41-year-old wrote: ‘Got a quickie aborsh in case R v W gets overturned.’

The controversial comment captioned two photos of Miss Silverman made to look like she was pregnant before getting an abortion – and quickly divided opinion.

While she caused a wave of support from hundreds of people voicing liberal pro-choice beliefs, she also drew criticism for her ‘insensitivity’ for a subject that is ‘no laughing matter’.

The first image shows Silverman extremely bloated after having eaten a burrito, and the second shows her wearing the same outfit with a wash-board flat stomach after the bloating had subsided.

At the expense of the Republican party who want to take away women’s autonomy over their bodies, the comedienne paired potty humour with political commentary, using the montage to make a strong and simple point about the ongoing War on Women.

Regardless of one’s position on abortion, there is something deeply disturbing and wrong about someone who thinks the life-changing decision is funny and worthy of cavalier and sick humor.  Ask the women in the post-abortion support groups.

Sarah Silverman thinks this fetus, with a beating heart and fingerprints, has the same humor value as a burrito… and ending its life is funny.
