School Drops “God Bless the USA” From Concert – It Was Too Offensive (Video)

Stall Brook Elementary school in Massachusetts decided to scrap “God Bless the USA” from their school concert. The administrators first tried to change the words of the song to “We Love the USA” but after parents complained they decided to drop the song altogether.

My FOX Boston reported, via Katie Pavich at Town Hall:
Following outrage from parents; a changed version of “God Bless the USA” has been pulled from an upcoming school assembly concert.
According to parents, children at Stall Brook Elementary school were told to sing “We love the USA” instead of “God Bless the USA” during the chorus of the popular Lee Greenwood song.

The song was scheduled to be performed at an April 12th assembly, but now has been pulled.
In a statement from Stall Brook Elementary school, they said they hope to “maintain the focus on the original objective of sharing students’ knowledge of the U.S. States, and because of logistics, will not include any songs.”

I am wondering if the parents are U.S. Citizens. And I am wondering who complained, how many complained, if any of the complainants are Muslim, Atheists or Liberals who are affiliated with the Communist Party.
This in my opinion is no PC any longer, it is a few people who are trying to change the very core of America.
April 12th is the concert and there may not be enough time to get the original song played but parents must take this all the way to the highest court. We have had enough.

Catholic Schools are the best or Home school but this doesn’t change the Public School system and I think the heads of this school need to be called out and get to the source of who exactly started this process rolling.
It sounds to me there are so many liberals running our schools and not teaching. They are more involved in taking God out of our life and our children’s. And if we don’t react and in a serious way our nation will never be the same.
Teachers and Administration are so afraid to offend someone, yet educating our children with Math and Science, what they are suppose to be doing isn’t being taught and taught well.
To think the time they waste trying to take God out of our life they could TEACH. It is no wonder America is suffering economically, emotionally and spiritually. Our kids have so many problems but God isn’t one of them.

I’m glad the parents were outraged, but then the school just omitted the song instead of singing it as it was written. The parents should stand up at the end of the concert and sing the song themselves in protest.

Looks to me like they continue to push political correctness down our throats and one day (soon) people are going to start standing up and saying, “ENOUGH!”.
