Shameless… Dems Urge Saudi Arabia to Pump More Oil But Won’t Allow Production Here in US

Despite record gas prices Democrats killed another Arctic drilling project this month. This came after Obama’s recent move to reject the Keystone pipeline project. US gas prices at the pump have doubled since Obama took office.

Sen. Charles Schumer (D-NY) urged Saudi Arabia to pump more oil yesterday. This comes after his party has repeatedly stifled energy production here at home.
The Hill reported:
Senate Republicans are bashing Sen. Charles Schumer’s (D-N.Y.) call for increased Saudi Arabian oil production to help ease prices, alleging it shows that Democrats are weak when it comes to boosting North American energy supplies and jobs.
Schumer on Sunday urged Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton to press Saudi officials to expand production, noting that the kingdom is producing well below its capacity of 12.5 million barrels per day.
Republicans are hopeful that the letter provides a political opening to undercut Democratic and White House energy policies.
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell’s (R-Ky.) office on Monday circulated a press release headlined “Top Democrat Senator Demands Increased Energy Production, Jobs In Saudi Arabia Rather Than Increasing American Energy And American Jobs.”
Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas), chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, also doesn’t want Schumer’s letter to go unnoticed.
“Rather than approve the Keystone pipeline, the Democrats’ energy plan now calls for the most powerful nation in the free world to politely ask other countries for more oil and cross our fingers,” he said in a statement.

See, all evil people have to do is make lieing statements. Most are lies, some are facts twisted to sound true but are not. Whoever makes the lieing statement establishes the message. People will be more interested in any facts about that statement than learning the truth. It’s like gossip. You are more prone to hearing more about that gossip than learning the truth about where the gossip came from and whatnot. It’s taking advantage of what human beings react to and what they don’t, then when they react, take them in that direction. That method of fooling people into going off in some direction they don’t need to be going in is what liberals do all the time. They say something that gets you to react then they take you down that road. How do we avoid going down that road? Don’t let yourself be distracted.
Right now there is a GLUT of oil and gasoline that Obama won’t allow to be sent to either the refineries as with the oil that is being pumped like there’s no tomorrow, and the gasoline GLUT that there is from refining all that extra oil, that Obama is not allowing us to use which would drive the price of gas down to that Newt Gingrich level of $2.50 a gallon right here in the Obama administration, gee what a saint, but he won’t let us have it. Instead Obama is ordering it to be sold to developing countries at a deep discount that we wouldn’t get here. But the oil companies aren’t saying anything about having so much oil that they have to get rid of it and are selling it to foreign countries instead of letting us have it so that it would drive the price of gasoline more than $2.50 a gallon!!
It’s Obama who is holding the price high and we get people like Schumer who knows these facts who is telling the Arabs to start producing more oil in order to drive the price down. That will not bring the price down permanently because only our oil will do that. We were producing more oil during the Bush administration than we are now, but there are more oil wells producing more oil than during the Bush administration. Kinda confusing isn’t it? When you have more rigs in the Gulf, but are producing less oil because they are under law not to produce, then on land there are just a few oil rigs that are producing less oil we have more rigs producing oil that goes to the refineries keeping our prices down. And the only time the price was $1.65 a gallon was when the oil companies had to dump gasoline onto the market because the ban on drilling came to an end and all of a sudden there was all this oil showing up at the refineries made into gas. But right after that the price went right back up to $2.50 a gallon and higher to over three dollars a gallon within a year after it was that low. It was not that low all during the Bush terms. It was around $2.56 a gallon.
But now there are more wells but are not producing no where near what they are able to produce. And there are all those wells in the Gulf of Mexico that can’t pump at all and cannot get their drilling permits renewed. They have permits to drill but Obama won’t give them a renewal to drill. But there are many wells in the Gulf who are done drilling and are pumping oil, but can’t pump anymore because Obama won’t give them another permit to be able to pump even more. Some are test wells that can only pump let’s say, 1,000 barrels a day. If they could get a new permit they could pump 100,000 barrels a day. See the difference?
It’s Obama and his committment to Maurice Strong and his environmentalist NGO’s who Obama is afraid of because they sent him alot of money for his election the last time, and he doesn’t want to loose that money. Besides he really does believe that our oil industry is polluting the world as Maurice Strong declares! We’re not, but we pay the price for driving a car with a internal combustion engine in it instead of a battery that catches fire, or a damn Prius that isn’t worth the money it costs in order to “save the planet”. Toyota should put up a big sign over their dealers sign and announce “Prius saves the Planet”.
Before the Arabs increase their production it will be a cold day in Hell. They hate our guts! We need to shut down all the Wahhabist schools in this country because they are teaching Arab kids to hate the very country that has been good enough to give them the land. Do you think Schumer would ever demand that those schools obey our integration laws before we buy another barrel of their oil? No.

Don’t count on it.
As the pain at the pump increases, people will find ways to do with less. They’ll make fewer trips and won’t drive if they don’t have to. Transportation-oriented outfits will have no choice, but everyone else will be able to cut back some, so less gas burned means less gas sold and less tax money going to the government.

But see, that’s just it. They have found a way to change our life styles without much of a social change, or raising taxes, or any other thing we’ve had to endure over the decades from the affects of liberalism. Look at the schools and how they have made our kids dumb as a hammer. But to affect the way of life for the parents they did all they could do and we still found a way to have what we want, and a way to get it. But they wanted to stop that as well so all they had to do in order to remove any way for us to have anykind of decent life for ourselves was to 1) take our money away from us altogether by eliminating our jobs, there goes the money. And 2) raise prices of everything especially gas so that we loose our freedom from mobility, being able to go somewhere to look for a better job has been eliminated. Now, we’re stuck here unable to move, drive around for pleasure, stuck in our homes and not able to do much of anything else.
The Socialists/Communists Democrats have had their way with us. One other thing they found out they could do to us to eliminate our way of life was to kill off the banks, and the one’s that survived put some of the most draconian laws on them that have never existed so that they couldn’t give the money away even if they wanted to. So there goes any new cars, boats so we could at least go fishing to offset our food costs even if we wanted to. We’d have to walk to the lake, or take the city bus and get as close as we could and then walk the rest of the way. Obama is restricting us to the point where we are forced to modify our lifestyles down, down, down to the lowest we’ve ever had to live and still have a job that at one time took care of everything we needed.
What more can they do? Alot more. Mr. Chu has some idea that this nation would survive when gas is at $8.00 or $9.00 a gallon. We would have long before gas reaches that much, collapsed under the weight of debt, cost, and no money enough to cover any kind of transportation costs. No more driving, no more cars, no more freedom. We would be dead!
Does Mr. Chu think he would still be working for the government, or for that matter working anywhere? He would be out of a job, I don’t care how much he made as salary, even he would be feeling it bad. All he could do would be to just go to work, if he had a job, then go home and stay there waiting for the next day, then do that again. Hell, American’s are doing that now at $3.65 a gallon. What do you think we’d be doing at $8.00 a gallon?

I’m on Social Security Disability. I can tell you right now that there is no way I could afford to buy a single gallon if the cost was $8.00 a gallon, and neither would anyone else whose my age, or older. Millons of American’s would not be able to buy any gas for their cars. And one thing that really angers me are these people out in California who continue to buy gas no matter what the cost. You know the saying that the price of something is whatever the market can bare. That means if one person buys something at the highest price it can be raised, then that’s what the price is. Dummies!!! When something is to high, and you think you just can’t live without it, DON’T PAY THAT DAMN MUCH FOR ANYTHING, I DON’T GIVE A DAMN WHAT IT IS!!! American’s are stupid that way. Back in the early ’80′s the oil companies thought it could get away with raising the price from $.78 cents a gallon to $1.25 a gallon. American’s had more sense back then than they have now. American’s just stopped driving. The oil companies had so much gasoline they go to where there was no place left to put it all. Every tanker they had was parked off shore full of gas, every land tank was full, every refinery tank farm was full of gasoline. Then the oil companies had enough and lowered the price down to $.65 cents a gallon and we started buying again and slowly drained off the surplus until the oil companies could handle it again. They didn’t pull that crap on us again, until that is, they figured out how to raise the price and blame “inflation” on it. Slowly but surely they raised the price until they saw us get used to it, then they would raise it again until it was over $2.00 a gallon. Then it was in an area where they could raise it on up until it is like it is now.
See, American’s will get used to anything so long as it is done slow enough.
