In his opening remarks to students at a town hall event held at Oral Roberts University former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich discussed the importance of defeating President Obama in November.

“We are really at risk someday in your life time of losing an American city…defeating Barack Obama becomes a duty of national security.”

Obama’s Incompetence is a National Security Risk

Twice in one week that Obama made our enemy stronger. First, he rejected the Keystone XL pipeline, the American people should be outraged at this lunacy. Here we have a friendly and good neighbor (Canada) that has our best interest, yet Obama turns his back on them to appease his lunatics base the environmentalist. At the same time, Canada is not going to wait on this president to make up his mind. He has delayed this process for three years while China has been waiting for Obama’s incompetency. Well it has paid off for China’s patience.

The environmentalist and the media are so un-American and nuts, they think by lobbying against the pipeline would save America environmentally? Do they think this is the first pipeline America trying to have to move any kind of liquid? Well, they should think about all of the water, sewer, gas, oil, and gasoline pipelines that are in existence throughout America? Some above ground and some are under. The crazy think about these environmentalist, they think that by restricting America from exploring the nation’s oil resources or importing oil from Canada would save the planet. How about the environmental policies of China, India, Russia, and the rest of the third world. They don’t give 2 cents about the environment. Also, they forgot to think about that for every dollar America spend on oil imported from Canada, they send America 90 cents. How crazy is that?

The second evidence of Obama’s incompetency is when Brazil stiffs Obama and signs an oil deal with China. This is after Obama’s visit to Brazil offering them loans and help in developing their offshore oil wells. Now, common sense and the patriotism should tell you that if you are in charge of a very wealthy country such as America with natural resources, you would obviously explore your own resources so you would not depend on other countries nor open yourself to blackmail. NO, not with Obama. He really love America by locking up the doors to expolring the countries natural resources, depending on forgien oil from countries who hate America, and risk its national security by empowering communist China. What a leader? The liberals and the elite must be celebrating for having an incompetant American president doing their bedding by distroying America.

Under Obama and democratic leadership, central and south America is returning to socialistic/communistic control. The Brazilian president is no different. Ms Rousseff, a former Marxist rebel who was imprisoned for three years in the early 1970s for resisting military rule, has promised to protect freedom of expression and worship, and to honour the constitution.

People with common sense cannot help but wonder if there is a special relationship between Ms. Rousseff and the Chinese. There are a lot of commonality between Obama and Rousseff. Both share a socialistic and Marxist ideologies. Both are an an awe of China and its new rise on the world stage. And both of them are doing everything they can to allow China have a greater influence in the western hemisphere.

It is very clear, that the domocrats, liberals, the elites, and an incompetent president are a National Security risk. America is not in their hearts best interest.

America WAKE UP. You MUST vote this incompetent president out of office in November 2012.

    http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2011/dec/13/obamacare-stalls-american-economic-engine/?page=all

An example of Obamacare’s job-crushing provisions is the new tax on manufacturers of medical devices. Already burdened by America’s anti-competitive tax code, these companies are forced by Obamacare to pay the federal government an additional 2.3 percent tax on their sales to the federal government. Worse still, this tax must be paid even if a company has lost money for the year, as many start-ups do, or is engaged in vital but expensive research and development. At the time President Obama signed Obamacare into law, medical-device companies employed nearly half a million Americans – and now job cuts are being announced.

Other Virginia companies and workers face tough times under Obamacare, too. For example, Norfolk Southern Railway announced in the first quarter of last year it would have to pay a $27 million charge for new health care costs. And Brinks, a Richmond-based security firm with worldwide reach, paid an additional $14 million in taxes because of Obamacare. Even though Mr. Kaine proclaimed this legislative “reform will control costs and lower costs for middle-class families,” it is now clear that the opposite is true. In fact, new data reveal that the cost of health insurance will increase nearly fourtimes as a result of Obamacare than would have been the case had it not passed.

The Office of the Actuary in the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services announced health insurance costs will rise by nearly 14 percent in 2014 instead of 3.5 percent, as would have been the case had Democrats not pushed through the legislation on a party-line vote.

Simply put, Obamacare is harming our job creators and destroying jobs through taxes and penalties.

We know that this is not the health care reform Americans want or deserve.

Instead of a government takeover, Americans want common-sense solutions that reduce costs, increase access to quality care, and put patients and doctors – not bureaucrats – in control.

Bolton: U.S. Debt a National Security Risk….Obama debt over 5 trillion

  15. Obama’s budget failures undermines Our National Security

When John Bolton expressed his concern over Obama’s budgeting priorities, it wasn’t merely partisan rhetoric. There are very real examples of how Obama’s mindset undermines national security while bloating the welfare state, similar to what Europe has been doing for decades. Our Army, Marines, Navy and Air Force will all experience real cuts in both manpower and capability.

Former U.N. ambassador John Bolton told The Daily Caller that President Obama’s cuts to the defense budget are an attempt to put more taxpayer funds into social welfare programs, labeling the move “exactly” what the Europeans have done. Bolton said Obama’s actions caused “bloated social welfare states” when they were attempted in Europe.

Here’s a classic example of how Obama’s policy decisions can be tied directly to national security, and there are others. Of course we should disperse our nation’s carriers; that’s common sense. If something disastrous were to happen, the reason their East Coast facilities were still so closely grouped all these years after 9-11 would likely be viewed as a scandal. But by then, there will be little left to do besides partisan finger-pointing, while some military planner somewhere would likely be blamed.

RICHMOND, Va. — The Navy’s plans to move an aircraft carrier from Virginia to Florida are on hold for at least five years, but the two states will likely see a shuffling of some other military ships.

Defense officials have said that having all five East Coast-based aircraft carriers based in one place, Norfolk, is a national security concern because of the possibility of a natural disaster or manmade calamity, but they have acknowledged the budget strains for relocating the carrier to Florida. Aircraft carriers on the West Coast are home-ported at three bases.

Even Obama’s own Defense Secretary understands the issue, yet Obama remains committed to spending on social welfare programs akin to political patronage payouts, making individuals dependent on government in whatever way he can manage to subsidize it – for now.

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta has said the automatic $500 billion in cuts or “sequester” over the next 10 years, supported by the White House, would cause “untold damage” to America’s national security. Under the Budget Control Act of 2011, the cuts will go into effect since the congressional super committee did not reach a deficit reduction agreement.

Unfortunately, one only has to look to Europe to see the horrendous consequences of the liberal mindset. As compared to the U.S., their defense capabilities are modest, at best, while their social programs threaten to bankrupt nation after nation in what would be a catastrophic series of collapses the day any final bill became due. They’re already experience downgrades, a warning sign of things to come.

Regulations Are Costly to American Consumers and Businesses

The federal government continues to create costly regulations for American businesses and consumers. This persistence in creating subpar rules is due to a number of parties involved in the process who are motivated by factors other than the public good, say Richard Williams and Sherzod Abdukadirov of the Mercatus Center.

Individual business and industries are often major players in the creation of bad regulations. Though requirements imposed by federal agencies often impose harsh costs on these corporations, there are a number of circumstances under which they stand to benefit.

By voluntarily imposing higher costs on an industry, larger participants in a sector can drive smaller actors out of the market and increase their own market share.
Industrial giants can also advocate regulation as a means of creating barriers to entry, such that they face little competition from new startups.
Regulations can also create an artificial demand for a product that consumers do not normally want — the Renewable Fuel Standard created a demand for biofuel where one previously did not exist.

Members of Congress are also culprits in the creation of bad regulations. Traditionally, members have used pork barrel spending and public policy to appease key constituents. However, as public attention has increasingly focused on federal government action (especially on spending), members of Congress have found regulation to be a more effective, less obvious means of accomplishing the same end.

Finally, the individuals that staff the regulating federal agencies face adverse incentives.

Many regulators suffer from a sort of “tunnel vision” — they are focused on their agency’s individual mandate and fail to account for the impacts of regulations in other areas.
Others see regulations (especially costly ones) as a means of increasing the legitimacy of the agency and garnering a larger budget; this increases opportunities for promotion and a higher salary.

These parties, each in their own way, help to continue to create costly regulations for American consumers and businesses.

[Long before there was a mighty Republican machine running Georgia,
there was a handful of brash conservatives plotting to lift their tiny,
financially struggling party so they could end more than a century of
    Democratic dominance.

Among the chief architects was Newt Gingrich, a West Georgia College
assistant professor who ran for Congress three times in a blue-collar
district – twice against an entrenched Talmadge Democratic incumbent
    - before finally winning.

Gingrich, now a presidential hopeful, traveled West and North Georgia
during the 1970s and ’80s, preaching the Republican gospel and arguing
that the GOP had to choose between remaining a silent, permanent
minority or aggressively taking the fight to Democrats.

He chose confrontation and played the role of
provocateur, unwilling to accept second place….

U.S. Rep. Jack Kingston, R-Savannah, calls Gingrich an “indispensable early trailblazer” for Georgia Republicans. Kingston remembers his college days, when Gingrich came to the University of Georgia to recruit students to get involved in GOP politics.]
