My brother Joe hiked for over an hour to the Trappist Haven Monastery on Lantau Island near Hong Kong. Joe had this to say, “Catherine and I went for a Christmas morning walk only to arrive at the exact time Christmas Mass started. It was wonderful and a blessing to be there. Merry Christmas.”

He sent this photo from Hong Kong. The monks escaped the mainland years ago and set up their monastery on Lantau Island.
