Good Grief. This certainly isn’t mainstream Republican philosophy…
On January 5, 2009 Ron Paul conducted an interview with Iranian state owned English language propaganda channel, Press TV, where he urges ending support of Israel, defends Hamas and tactics of suicide bombing, states that Hamas is innocent and the Israeli state are the aggressors.
“To me I look at it like it’s a concentration camp, and people are making bombs, like, they’re the aggressors?”

What a dingleberry Ron Paul is. So Israel is like a Concentration Camp duh. Could be cause so many of the people who settled in Israel were Concentration Camp survivors. What are you trying to say Mr. Paul — shame they survived?
Paul’s support is coming from Democrats and others who don’t consider themselves Republican. Obama’s got the nomination locked up so the Dems want to screw with the election by supporting the absolute worse candidate who wears the Republican banner. The silence from Republicans who should be livid is deafening.

Ron Paul makes more sense when you realize that he tried to stop the bad foreign policy that led to the 9/11/2001 back in 1999. He sounds like he is spouting some kind of conspiracy until you see the information that was hidden from you. Watch this until the end it’ll send chills down your spine.

How will you warmongers pay for a war with Iran? You’re always talking about unsustainable spending, insane debt, and high taxes. I’d like to know how you will pay for it. I’m waiting.
FurryGuy commented:
Standing up for one’s self (or country) is vastly different than being thrown to one’s enemies by a supposed ally. Netanyahu also didn’t praise Hamas, as your false Messiah Ron Paul did.
I’m not surprised you can’t see the plain differences of outlook; I’ve come to expect that from the RonBots.

Good point.
Is increaseing the size of government a “mainstream republican thinking?”
Is open borders and amnesty “mainstream republican thinking?”
Is adding more and more debt, and voting to raise the national debt “mainstream republican thinking?”
Is taking billions of dollars from middle-class taxpayers and giving it to foreign government “mainstream Republican thinking?”
Is guarding the borders of other nations while leaving our open “mainstream republican thinking?”

I have to say, he makes a lot of sense… Essentially saying the US will support and defend Israel blindly. That seems to be true and it doesn’t make sense to me. Let them deal with their own problems. “We give them the money and we give them the weapons.” Why is it our business?
Craig commented:
I totally agree with every words Ron Paul said in this video. What a wise and good man he is. Your country needs more Ron Paul politicians.
He is so right! MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS and you won’t have any problems. But, that’s not the plan. The plan is to bankrupt every country and install the NWO. And they are doing it with wars. And you idiots go along with this. You are pathetics!

Nice to see that the rhetorical acrobats came out to debate Paul and his Paultard followers (see what I just did there, it’s like “Paul” plus “retard”!) in a forum of considered and reasoned discourse. It’s a good thing the Paulbots haven’t commented too much and ruined what would otherwise have been a place for open-mindedness and critical-thinking and turned it into a bunch of ad-hominum pejoratives, thinly-veiled conjecture-based propaganda, and abject lies.
For those readers who aren’t quite caught up on sarcasm, let me point out some flaws in Jim Hoft’s loquacious elucidation of the video clip. Here’s the whole thing: “Ron Paul conducted an interview with Iranian state owned English language propaganda channel, Press TV, where he urges ending support of Israel, defends Hamas and tactics of suicide bombing, states that Hamas is innocent and the Israeli state are the aggressors.”
1) It is strange to see just how much people believe that aiding Israel with American tax-funded foreign aid is a moral imperative. Firstly, because it doesn’t seem to be about helping people. Is there any outrage over the fact that suspending all foreign aid would take it away from Sudan, Haiti, and Mexico (I mean outrage before I mentioned it)? How about that we would take away aid from Egypt, Pakistan, Jordan, and… the West Bank and Gaza (we give them twice as much money as Israel)? Secondly, because, while people may have personal reasons for giving money or military support to Israel (they are free to do so), there seems to me to be no defensible argument that the President should take money from Americans and give it to Israel (or potentially commit U.S. troops to mortal combat for them). Thirdly, the United States is not in a position to spend billions on foreign aid. We are in serious debt that may lead to serious financial crisis. Get real, people!
2) He did not “state that Hamas is innocent”. He did not say that! At all! That is a *lie*. You see, what you did was read into his statements and understood him to mean that he believes Hamas is innocent. Maybe he did and maybe he didn’t, but to take conjecture and present it as truth is “not cool”. What he seems to be stating to me is that the actions of Hamas are understandable if you look at the conflict from their perspective that the Israeli’s have been invading their land and killing their citizens since at least the 6-Day War. It does not justify the tactic of suicide bombing or Hamas’ “preemptive” missile attacks on Israel, but he rightly points out that what we need is some much-needed perspective on the situation, rather than a unilateral support of Israel based on misplaced Christian-fundamentalist reverence of “God’s chosen people” or self-imposed associative Holocaust guilt. I apologize if neither of those reasons apply to you, but I really would like to know why else Israel deserves special treatment over other oppressed and threatened nations/peoples.
Also, Paul’s supporters can certainly be unambiguous loudmouths, but so can his detractors. The lesson of the pot and the kettle should not be overlooked.

Paul was also associated with the KKK and American Nazi Party and StormFront..
‘“Everybody, all of us back in the 80′s and 90′s, felt Ron Paul was, you know, unusual in that he had actually been a Congressman, that he was one of us and now, of course, that he has this broad demographic–broad base of support,” Mr. Black said on his broadcast yesterday.
Mr. Black is a former Klansman and member of the American Nazi Party who founded the “white nationalist” website Stormfront in 1995. He donated to Mr. Paul in 2007 and has been photographed with the candidate. Mr. Paul has vocal supporters in Stormfront’s online forum. Mr. Black has repeatedly said he doesn’t currently think Mr. Paul is a “white nationalist.”
Mr. Duke, who was something of a mentor to Mr. Black during their days in the Klan, called in to discuss Mr. Paul. Though he said he wasn’t ready to make an official endorsement, Mr. Duke explained why he’ll be voting for Mr. Paul.
“Again, I go back to that, you know, traditional topic that I always talk about, you know, the powers of international Zionism–a power in banking, a power in media, a power in government influence, in campaign finance–a power that’s, you know, hurting the values of this country on behalf of Israel,” Mr. Duke said. “So, I would vote for Ron Paul at this moment because he’s one of the few candidates who have policies in this regard and this realm that I wholeheartedly support, and that’s why I’d vote for him.”’

Clearly this indvidual has major self esteem problems and cannot stop projecting. Evidently he needs to use hand puppets since he has clearly been described by the readership as a “loon” and worse.

Ron Paul’s smart alec statement: “To me I look at it like it’s a concentration camp, and people are making bombs, like, they’re the aggressors?”
Uhh… yeah, Ron, you dottery old jackass, the Arabs ARE the aggressors, and have been ever since the founding of Israel. This is historical fact, and not even debatable.
Three possible reasons, and only three, exist for why Paul would say such a ridiculous thing.
1. He’s deranged, either by clinical insanity or senility.
2. He’s pathologically lying through his teeth, either for reasons of anti-semitism or for reasons relating to option #1, or both.
3. He has never once in his life picked up a book about the history and peoples of the middle east, making him the most dangerously ignorant man to ever run for president..
The three options are interconnected, so I vote for all three.
