Sex Offender Arrested for Sexually Assaulting 14 Year-Old Girl at #OccupyDallas (Video)

A 24 year-old repeat offender was arrested for having sex with a 14 year-old runaway at Occupy Dallas last month.
Richard Armstrong sexually assaulted another 14 year-old girl in 2009.
WFAA reported, via Free Republic:
Dallas police have arrested a man who allegedly sexually assaulted a minor at the Occupy Dallas campsite downtown.
Richard Armstrong, 24, was charged with sexual assault of child and failure to register as a sex offender.
Armstrong was identified as the man who police said had sex with a runaway from Garland. The alleged incident happened in a tent at one of the encampments on or before October 23.
Police received information that a 14-year-old runaway from Garland was at the camp. Police checked the area and found the girl. During an interview, she revealed that she had had sex with a man in a tent. Armstrong was identified as that man and arrested.
He was previous convicted of sexual assault in 2009 and was ordered to register. Court papers indicate he had sex with a 14-year-old girl at a party in Coppell.
Police said they are not seriously concerned about safety at the Occupy Dallas encampment.
The girl told Armstrong she was 19 years old.
Obama endorsed this mess.

when are these mamsers going to work on their job skills. there lots of courses and books and manulas to teach you something! For example Youcan look at employment ads that are there in the paper or on line. the ads give adirection on what and employer might want in a prospective employee. so you study those topics. Excell SQL. C++/ C#…and on and on.
The the manulas are not that hard and there are classes in the JC’s for a hunderd bucks and those colleges have fee scales too,downwards. You can takesome classes 2 or 3 times. The profs are greatand WANT you to learn. They want to teach you.
So then pull it together. Get some skills instead of hanging out
