Occupy Oakland protesters pass a burning garbage heap during a confrontation with police on Thursday, Nov. 3, 2011, in Oakland, Calif. Following a mainly peaceful day-long protest by thousands of anti-Wall Street demonstrators, several hundred rallied through the night with some painting graffiti, breaking windows and setting file to garbage cans. After over 3,000 arrests, the constant street violence, the drug use, vandalism, rapes and death
Despite the corrupt liberal media, a plurality of Americans view Obama’s Occupy Wall Street protest movement negatively.
Decoded reported:

A sign that the Occupy Wall Street movement isn’t the best long-term vehicle for Democrats to connect themselves with: A new Quinnipiac poll, showing a plurality of voters viewing the group unfavorably.

The poll, released today, show 30 percent of voters surveyed view the movement favorably, 39 percent unfavorably, with an additional 30 percent not hearing enough to have an opinion. It’s one of the first national polls to suggest voters are growing skeptical of Occupy Wall Street- and it comes as police have clashed with protesters in several cities. Previous national polls have shown a plurality of adults supporting the movement.

These numbers comes as Democrats, from the White House on down, have struck a decidedly populist tone in recent months, from President Obama calling on the wealthy to pay a higher share in taxes, Senate Democratic officials rallying behind the campaign of Elizabeth Warren, who has embraced the Occupy Wall Street movement, and House Democrats, who sent out a petition last month aimed at leveraging the Occupy Wall Street movement against the Republican Party.

Very bad news folks, violence is coming, always does.

    Powder is dry

  4. I heard according to a recent Quinapac poll OWS was mostly popular BY THE RICH 1% and least favorable poor and lower middle class.

  5. So this is the not-so-long awaited North American version of London’s recent feral youth riots. Brought to you in total by socialism and all it’s works.

  11. time to call out the national guard, bet obama and the dems would love that. of course it will only make them look bad. why aren’t the republican candidates condemning this, why aren’t they making it clear that we have a president that incites violence and does NOTHING to calm it down. NOTHING. what kind of leader is that? he won’t be happy til people are killed, and then he will blame bush and the repubs. this country is in very sad shape.

  12. QUOTE “The poll, released today, show 30 percent of voters surveyed view the movement favorably, 39 percent unfavorably, with an additional 30 percent not hearing enough to have an opinion.”

Let’s get this straight.. only 39 percent have a brain in their heads, enough to condemn violence on their own soil.. 30 percent are too busy watching MTV to form an opinion and 30 percent are either too stupid to understand the issues at stake or pro-socialist/Communist/Anti-American revolutionaries.

Does not bode well for the future.

yes and now we know where to?

Opulent homes of ‘the 99 percent’ [SLIDESHOW]
    Published: 12:26 AM 11/02/2011

Representatives of “the 99 percent” have been camping out in lower Manhattan to protest economic inequality since late September, but the riches on display at some of their home addresses clearly came from “1 percent” families.

We searched Google Maps and the real estate Multiple Listing Service for the home addresses police collected during the arrests of less-than-law-abiding New York City “occupiers,” and found dream homes aplenty. These opulent houses include in-ground swimming pools, manicured lawns, and golf course access.

Frustrated with the rich? Tell a protester. Isn’t life rough?

Look at the pictures and remember.

On the live chats on the live feed of the creeps in CA saw a lot of people talking about baseball bats. Me I wouldn’t want to get that close OH that smell.

  14. #12 Couldn’t agree more! We are in bad shape and OWS is an ugly mess. I think the Libs are hoping this will go down in history as another ‘Woodstock’. You know, since Woodstock was such a cool movement. NOT! I’m also not sure that ppl realize how much $$ this is costing we the taxpayers. Cleaning up this mess is gonna cost us big.

  15. Thank-goodness i live in red-neck country……………….us rednecks want put-up with this crap ….we fire first and ask questions last…………just warning

    (sigh) I wish.

I live in California. The place is a third world country and unlikely to get better. It’s horrible.

  18. Why would they attack Whole foods?
Remember screwy Lewie and his boys have joined in the fun. Look at the videos again you will see some of the black clad waving a black flag.
Look at the mussi head scarfs?
Then follow the money code pink acorn and unions?

    http://www.progressive.org/whole_foods_anti_muslim.html
Another month, another outburst of anti-Muslim vitriol.

This time the target was Whole Foods, for its impertinence in acknowledging Ramadan (the Muslim month of fasting, which is under way right now) in its stores. The alternative food chain rapidly backpedaled when the store’s multiculturalism became the focal point of an Islamophobic campaign.

yes this is from the code pink rag that hangs with terrorist
so why the shock when they bring it to our own doors?
    Don’t be shocked be ready.
Next bank or anywhere else these punks walk into lock the doors and set off the alarms bank theft is still a crime that’s jail time. hire armed guards to shoot these punks.

  19. The parallels with the Tea Party Rally’s are just staggering……… /s

  20. They attacked Whole Foods? I guess being politically correct didn’t get Whole Foods enough protection.

  21. “Following a mainly peaceful day-long protest by thousands of anti-Wall Street demonstrators, several hundred rallied through the night with some painting graffiti, breaking windows and setting file to garbage cans. (AP/Noah Berger) ” Excuses and obtuse reporting is fueling this rebellion. The MSM must be held complicit for the destruction of public and private property, the rapes, the assaults, the mayhem this band of criminals are and will commit.

  22. What? The folks in California aren’t falling for the lame stream media’s story line!

  23. Not one sane comment here. Tea Bag reactionaries all. Look out Whitey, OWS commin’ to get yo’ Mama. :P

  24. I don’t understand this Occupy movement. The participants claim to be against “corporate greed” and seek “social and economic justice”, but what does blocking the port of Oakland have to do with any of it? What point is served by causing port workers and truck drivers to take an economic hit in the form of not being paid because they couldn’t do any work, when they’re least likely to be involved with any of the Occupy grievances? How do they expect the public to sympathize with them when the result of their protests do little more than inconveniece the public, not to mention cause harm to businesses in close proximity to their encampments?

Note to Occupy-ers: You want to make some sort of difference? Here’s what you do – go out and get a job, accumulate cash, then buy stock in some company. Presto! You are now a shareholder, and the company will listen to you because you have a vote in how it’s run! That would be where you make your demands.

You want social and economic justice? Start your own company and employ some of those poor people you claim to care about. Put “people before profits” all you like. Give away whatever you make to whatever pet causes fancy you. If doing this makes you feel good, great, but it’s more than likely your outfits won’t last very long.

  25. Unexpectedly…

  26. Nice keffyeh, btw.

  27. Anyone aside from me happen to notice the Palestinian headdress on the protestor in the photo that has been splashed across media in America today? Most Americans are oblivious to the subliminal message of the photograph, but you can bet that America’s enemies aren’t oblivious to it. They know very well what that head scarf represents to them and the message that is sending to the Islamist world.

  28. Why are we not shooting some of these people? Toss a rock, boom, down you go. Light up a molotov, boom, down you go. Swing a club, eat half a dozen in return. Spit on someone, lose some teeth. Defecate on police car, have fun mucking out NYC police stables. There is a way to deal with this, effectively.
