Business owners near Camp Poopstock are upset that the far left protesters want everything for free.
CBS NYC reported:

On Monday, Mayor Michael Bloomberg said “Occupy Wall Street” protesters can stay and have their say as long as they’re law-abiding.

But also expressing themselves were the business owners around Zuccotti Park, who are angered over the impact of the Wall Street protests, reports CBS 2’s Kathryn Brown.

In his strongest comments since protesters began occupying lower Manhattan four weeks ago, Mayor Bloomberg made it clear demonstrators can continue to occupy New York City indefinitely, as long as they don’t break the law.

“The bottom line is people want to express themselves and as long as they obey the laws we’ll allow them to,” Bloomberg said early Monday.

But for some business owners, there’s nothing but outrage. They say the city’s stance on the protest means there is no end in sight to what has rapidly become a living nightmare, reports Brown.

“They want to take showers, want to wash up and use the toilet paper to dry up. It becomes … you gotta have one person assigned just to clean the bathrooms,” said Steve Zamfotis, manager of “Charley’s” restaurant.

Zamfotis, who runs a pizza shop directly across the street from Zuccotti Park, said he has to stand guard at the door — just to keep protesters out.

“They expect everything, everything for free, nothing to pay,” Zamfotis said.

Yup. They’re just like the tea party.

    Personally, I agree with Mayor Bloomberg, let ‘em stay. If they want out, however, well there’s a park to clean up and sanitize, businesses expecting compensation for lost business and police overtime to be paid for. As soon as all that is accomplished (and not one second before), the gates will open, the guard dogs muzzled and the smelly, dirt encrusted, wackos may leave.

    Of course their illegal drugs (and those observed partaking of same) stay in the hands of police.

    Tiny protest lasted here less than a day, why? Because there is no way even the Democrat Mayor of Houston would put up with this mess. Not to mention concealed carry permits abound here. Fine, have a protest, I get it. But when you start infringing on other’s rights, ie the tax paying business owners, employees and their customers… Then you should be sent HOME or arrested and pay BIG fines to reimburse the city for the expense of hosting your group. Create a 501.3C or some non for profit organization and apply for government funding and they will send you all the money you want.     Today Obama told the group of IBE members at their training center this morning that he and his advisors are looking right now for ways that he is going to act on to GO AROUND CONGRESS in getting his jobs bill “done”! Imagine that. He thinks he’s powerful enough to just violate openly the Constitution of the United States and pass any damn thing he wants? If he does go around the Congress, which violates the Constitution because all spending bills MUST start in Congress, and Obama declares he IS going to go around it to get his will done!!

    I got on the phone as soon as I heard that sound bite and called my Congressman’s office and told his staffer that I want her to tell Congressman Fleming that I want this man stopped, and I want him stopped right now!! I emailed Eric Cantor, and my Senator to and told them all including my Congressman that if the conservatives have plans on getting rid of Obama because of all the crimes he’s committed, that I want them to take what he’s done today and get on with it! I want him out of office, I want him arrested and locked up pending an investigation of his crimes against the American people!!

    Obama is now the DICTATOR of America!!
