Once Again, Obama Chooses Book About Himself to Read to Kids – It’s All About “Me, Me, Me!”

Barack Obama read a kid’s book about himself to Texas school children yesterday.
USA Today reproted:
Before his speech Tuesday at Eastfield College in Mesquite, Tex., President Obama stopped by an early childhood education laboratory with children ages 3 to 5.
Among his reading selections: A book about the presidential dog Bo, including a drawing of the president himself.
Some of the kids didn’t seem to think the caricature looked much like their guest.
“That’s because when they made this book I didn’t have any gray hair,” Obama said.
This isn’t the first time he’s read to kids about himself.

In December of last year, Barack Obama read the book he ‘authored’ “Of Thee I Sing” to a group of second graders. The book includes a letter he wrote to his daughters.

Now, now, people. It is the traditional place of the First Lady to produce a book on the First Dog (like Bo), and be photographed reading it to young children. Like Barbara Bush and Millie’s Book (which is very good by the way).
I’d be willing to bet if you were in the room and listening as he read, that the photographers just went nuts when that particular page was opened. Narcissism is contagious it seems.

Did he have a book signing afterwards with the parents buying copies of this landmark work? Maybe he should schedule a cameo appearance (campaign stop) on Sesame Street and pitch the book. I can’t wait for Michelle’s “Vacationing Overseas on $5.00 A Day” which would be factual as she probably hasn’t spent that amount out of pocket during her $10,000,000 junkets. One would be hard pressed to even make this stuff up. Unbelievable and yes, sickening.
