Good Grief… Lib Wisconsin Justice Reportedly Assaulted Another Justice in 2008

What a stunner. The crazy liberal Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice who rushed Justice Prosser has a record of physical abuse.

I don’t know what is going on in the Wisconsin Supreme Court…… but here is another story alleging that Justice Anne Walsh Bradley struck Justice Gableman on the back of the head. This alleged incident occurred in 2008. Justice Bradley is the Justice who is claiming Justice David Prosser tried to choke her. Yes, never dull.
“…According to sheriff’s records, Dane County deputies were investigating the June 13th spat between Bradley and Justice David Prosser when Gableman told them about another incident in September of 2008. Gableman had been on the court for only a month-and-a-half. He said he was meeting with other justices when he made a joking remark to Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson, and called her by her first name. He said Bradley then walked over to him, struck him on the back of the head, and said he needed to quote, “show some respect to the chief.”
He said Bradley was apparently serious, because no one who saw it was laughing about it.
Justice Gableman now says the incident occurred a year later than he said previously.

OT………..Cheney just told Hannity that Colin Powel was sitting beside President Bush when he answered a question and said he would like to know who(if anyone) leaked Plame’s name. Cheney said it was Powell’s man Armitage and Powell knew it and said nothing.

Overlooked in this whole disgraceful episode is this: the issue before the Wisconsin Supreme Court should have been a slam dunk 7-0 reversal of the incompetent lower court’s ruling. Courts do not have jurisdiction to enjoin legislatures from passing laws. Courts can enjoin a law after it becomes law, but not before. Yet three Wisconsin Supreme Court hacks including Bradley voted to uphold the stupid ruling by the stupid lower court judge. This tells me that Bradley is nothing more than a stupid, incompetent partisan hack.

Here is what my detective partner said about lawyers after yet another screw up on their part. “Dude, what did I tell you. They’re lawyers! If they could count, they’d be CPA’s, if they could measure, they would be engineers! They can’t do anything but argue. You know what they call the person who graduates last in their law class and passes the bar by one point? A lawyer!”
He’s right. We give lawyers way too much credit. Remember, they go to school for four years in order to have any sense of decency, morality, ethics and common sense trained out of them. It didn’t used to be that way. Law school changed around the sixties, when winning became everything.

I knew Bradley when she was a Circuit court judge in Marathon County. She is one of those typical progressives who believes she is so much better than you and me and we just don’t have the intellect to doing anything for ourselves and the “state” must take care of us, albeit she is exempt from any and all criticism cause like most progressives, she believes she is way above us. Kinda sounds like the occupant at 1600. This so-called justice needs to be removed for the sake of the fine people of Wisconsin. I still thank the day 25 years ago I fled Wisconsin due to it’s falling for the progressive mantra.

You know a old time police office told me once. If it come down to a physical fight. Either you hit them first or the other way around and its just one or one. Beat the other person as much as you can. you are going to get arrested anyone how. Either for one punch or 20. So you might as well have fun at it and beat that person to the point of, that no one can say you did not win that fight hands down!!
