No new jobs in August.
The AP reported:
Employers added no net jobs in August, while unemployment rate was unchanged at 9.1 pct.
Obviously, the only reason the unemployment rate did not go in August was because thousands of American workers quit looking for a job.
More… David Wessel reported- 6 million people have been out of work for 6 months or more, 42.9% of all those unemployed.
Still More… Black unemployment at its highest level in 27 years.

That’s only because the American people have not been given the privilege of hearing the jobs speech from our King/Dictator and those bad Republicans are keeping him from doing so. It’s probably the Congressional White Caucus, Tea Party, and Bush who are to blame for the poor jobs performance anyway.

Obama said if we pass his stimulus the unemployment rate will not go below 8%. We did, it failed.
Now his own people are saying the rate will stay around 9% through 2012.
How can we believe ANYTHING he or his comrades tell us anymore?

Rick Santelli went on another great rant similar this morning after the jobs number came out that is similar to the one that went viral and inspired the Tea Party movement. Keep your eyes peeled. It’s awesome. Hopefully, someone recorded it.

After a period of time, the unemployed drop off the rolls as they are assumed to have given up looking for a job. In a few years, NO ONE could be employed and the jobless rate would be zero. When even the stupidist people finally DO catch on, there will be hell to pay for politicians in general and Democrats in particular. I predict in 5 years, there will be calls from the general public for retribution against these crooked and progressive pols. There will be trials and imprisonments for these Madoff style criminals.

We have fewer jobs now than the number that was reported last month.

This is hard times folks so let us think of others. Help to fill the food banks! If you feel your neighbor is in need of food take it to them. Making vegetable soup is cheap and helps to fill the belly.

Which, for those of you keeping score, actually means job losses, as these numbers are invariably revised negative (begging the question of “are these numbers manipulated?”).
Don’t worry though, the admin will likely ask for a giant spending bill.
There will be no serious tax reform, regulation reform, or health care repeal; all of which are fueling the lack of growth and unemployment.
