Typical lib…
New Jersey Senate President Stephen Sweeney told reporters on Friday that Governor Christie is a “Mean old bastard… I wanted to punch him in his head.”
Here’s the video.

After state Senate President Stephen Sweeney stuck his neck out to support Gov. Chris Christie’s agenda, the governor stopped taking his calls, according to Sweeney. (Blog NJ)
NJ.com reported:
Senate President Stephen Sweeney went to bed furious Thursday night after reviewing the governor’s line-item veto of the state budget.
He woke up Friday morning even angrier.
“This is all about him being a bully and a punk,” he said in an interview Friday.
“I wanted to punch him in his head.”Sweeney had just risked his political neck to support the governor’s pension and health reform, and his reward was a slap across the face. The governor’s budget was a brusque rejection of every Democratic move, and Sweeney couldn’t even get an audience with the governor to discuss it.
“You know who he reminds me of?” Sweeney says. “Mr. Potter from ‘It’s a Wonderful Life,’ the mean old bastard who screws everybody.”

Being compared with Potter is a compliment, not the slur that the DEMOCRAT Sweeney intended. Sweeney, like every single liberal, is more than happy giving Lateesha the shirt off of someone else’s back. Wouldncha ya love to see the amount Sweeney claims as charitable deductions on his itemized Schedule A. Likely it is teeny, teeny weeny, so typical of the liberal heart. Their idea of generosity is taking money from others.
I’d take Potter as president over a Bailey 8 days a week.

“The example of George Bailey, the kind-hearted and altruistic proprietor of Bailey Savings & Loan, provides glaring proof of how the road to hell is often paved with good intentions.
For years, the quiet and unassuming town of Bedford Falls has had only one source of contention – the rivalry between generous lender and lenient collector, George Bailey, and the miserly millionaire banker, Henry Potter. By all accounts, the majority of Bedford Falls’ citizens consider Potter an unrepentant villain. Potter himself offers no apologies and openly criticizes Bailey for his lack of business acumen and lax lending standards.
“It’s cliche, but I’m misunderstood,” Potter said. “The bucolic people of this town have no concept of legitimate business or how I’m trying to save their miserable nest eggs. George Baily is a reckless subprime lender. That’s the long and short of it.”

Christie remindes me of a schoolyard bully. There wasn’t many fat kids when I was young but every one we had was just like Christy, always trying to throw his weight around.

When I look at this guy I see a poster child for the Democratic Party:
A Hard-assed bully, who can’t accept the reality that his corrupt world is being exposed and threatened by a bunch of unsympathetic politicians who are trying to turn HIS crap around.
By the looks of it, someone has already punched HIM in the head, and done so repeatedly.
(There’s nothing wrong with being sure)

You know what this reminds me of? Contemporary people who confuse Christianity with Socialism.
The government is NOT your provider, Sir.
Governor Christie understands that, and you should thank him for it.
Best regards, Peter Warner.

Read more via the link to the article. The Dems instead of working with the Gov on the budget huddled and drafted a completely different budget. Two budgets? So much for pious claims of “cooperating” with Christie. So, Christie accepted the uncooperating Dem budget with all the things the DEMS wanted, screw any bi-partisan hands across the aisle to Repubs, and CHristie then calmly put the weed eater to it.
Sweeney’s mad because he thought he had the Gov over the barrel, but was out manuvered. He’s throwing a fit to save his OWN political cred amongst the Dems.

Christie is not Da Man. We could have all that bullying thrown at us. Abusive take-it or leave-it comments on illega aliens, borders, debt-limit etc…all from this giant bully. No thanks, I can see the future on this one.

The Dems are just upset Christie isn’t a squishy Republican like DeCroce, et al. The Republicans have had no backbone for decades. Christie can be a little rough around the edges in his approach sometimes, but he’s the one standing up to them.

This guy is just mad cause Christy cut off his slush fund he has probably been getting kick backs from for years.

#1 Militant Conservative – sorry, but I respectfully disagree. While America was founded as republic, it is in reality now a” redistributive socialist POS.” People get the government they deserve; left and right liberals earned this.
