OBAMA TANKS – Republican Tops Obama by 8 Points in Latest Poll 47%-39%

It took quite a bit of effort and failures but Barack Obama now lags behind the generic Republican in the latest poll by 8 points – 47%-39%

   If BO was serious about transforming this country, and he used the fiscal crisis as a vehicle for that transformation (“never waste a crisis”), he is not going to back down. I cannot picture him deciding to refuse to run for office, although he may talk about it to play to his base.

   The Repubs need to stand firm because we now have the data. The current fiscal policy is a disaster and must be reversed. The economy is not responding like the US economy after WWII; it is responding like the economy after the stock market bubble burst, and it is time to put into place the policies that worked to short-circuit the recession of 1920.

   We don’t need another Great Depression.

   I get where you are headed on this #7 – Conservative Ken. I don’t for a minute believe that Obama is a stable individual. I mean jeez, look at what he has done to this great nation already without any qualms. I don’t think he would hesitate to make the citizenry suffer more for his own egotistical needs. I find him to be downright scary, to be honest. The one thing that we citizens have going for us though is that a large majority of us are armed and I don’t think Americans will just roll over and take it. I hope it doesn’t happen, but I could see it though. That’s the really scary part.

   Isn’t it sad that we have to be afraid of our own president and government? How far we have fallen.

    That statistic just floors me. After all the damage Obama has caused to this country, after all the economic carnage he has caused, the vast majority of Democrats are ready to return Obama for a second term. Democrats are suffering just as much as Republicans – more if you consider the impact on the black voting block – and they can’t seem to connect the dots.

    What is wrong with these people? Is it something in the water supply? I mean, I don’t hold much truck with Democrat thinking in general, but I find it hard to believe that this many people could be so stupid.

    It’s important to note that the “Republican” in question is a generic Republican Party candidate-an unknown.

    Therefore, it can be assumed that the “candidate” in question is the opposite of Obama, and not some d**n RINO!
