Obama’s lethal plan would give the Hamas-Fatah terror alliance the Old City of Jerusalem.
Obama proposed giving half of Jerusalem, the Wailing Wall, The Temple Mount, Old Jerusalem, and The Church of the Holy Sepulchre to Hamas-Fatah terrorist alliance.

Maybe this is why Obama sat there and ate crow yesterday as Netanyahu lectured him on the realities of the Middle East. Prominent Jews are pondering their support for Barack Obama.

Some prominent Jewish Americans are rethinking their support for President Barack Obama’s 2012 re-election bid after he effectively called on Israel to give back territory it has occupied since 1967 to Palestinians.
The backlash after Obama’s keynote speech on the Middle East has Democratic Party operatives scrambling to mollify the Jewish community as the president prepares to seek a second term in the White House.
Obama on Thursday called for any new Palestinian state to respect the borders as they were in 1967, prompting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to tell him bluntly that his vision of how to achieve Middle East peace was unrealistic.
“He has in effect sought to reduce Israel’s negotiation power and I condemn him for that,” former New York Mayor Ed Koch told Reuters…“I believed that then-Senator Obama would be as good as John McCain based on his statements at the time and based on his support of Israel. It turns out I was wrong,” he said.
…Exit polls from the 2008 election showed 78 percent of Jewish voters chose Obama over his Republican rival Senator McCain.
“I have spoken to a lot of people in the last couple of days — former supporters — who are very upset and feel alienated,” billionaire real estate developer and publisher Mortimer Zuckerman said.
“He’ll get less political support, fewer activists for his campaign, and I am sure that will extend to financial support as well.”
Zuckerman backed Obama during his 2008 presidential run and the newspaper he owns, the New York Daily News, endorsed the president.
The only Jew they could find for their story to support Obama was Israel-hater Jeffrey Goldberg. Goldberg has a history of attacking Israel for defending itself.

Oh I think you are DEAD wrong there. American Jews have provided a major source of funding for Israel for more than 100 years. For that matter, when the entire Arab world invaded Israel on the day that they declared their independence, it was American Jews who provided virtually all of the money that allowed Israel to defend itself.

Most of you above seem to lack any idea of the Jewish mind. Most Jews support Israel, and did NOT vote for Hitler. We simply hate the uphill flow of money. Liberal Jews don’t understand the Law of Moses, so their egalitarian instincts get the better of them. On the Israeli kibbutzim, I saw socialism (which I don’t like) WORK without anyone holding a gun to our heads (despite the obvious security measures). We’re the only people in the world that can do this. Look at the early chapters in the New Testament book of Acts. Everything in common–back when the church was young and predominantly Jewish. We tend to stick up for the poor, persecuted guy, ’cause we know what it’s like. Get who funded the blacks fighting for their rights 50 years ago? This doesn’t make liberalism right (I don’t like it), but what’s really going on cannot be understood without a good course on Jewish philosophy, history, and culture.

The Jewish people are world leaders in nearly every field of human endeavor. They have always been a people focused on education, family, discipline, hard work, and other admirable traits and thus they have deservedly reaped the benefits of achievement throughout history. These things cannot be denied.
While acknowledging these exemplary virtues, and giving them their due, I wish they were a bit less conflicted about their own survival and I wish they would come together to realize that while being crusaders for the downtrodden and the poor and the persecuted peoples of the world, they would be more apt to be successful in their noble efforts if they simply realized that the liberal progressives in America are doing more harm to these people than good, over the long term.
Its one thing to be charitable. Its quite another to isolate people in need from the consequences of unwise behavior that may be keeping them down. By doing that, the “poor” fail to develop those very traits and values that have made the Jewish people the model achievers they are. It’s a bit counter-intuitive, but I would make the case that helping people get to the next step where they can subsequently help themselves is much more beneficial than giving people eternal help which inhibits them from ever developing character, ambition, proficiencies, discipline, motivation and self esteem. If these traits have been so beneficial to the Jewish people – why create circumstances under which the poor and needy never develop these traits?
The untold legacy of the Democratic party is that they perpetuate poverty, failure, complacency and stagnation amongst the downtrodden. If this were not the case, the cost of entitlement programs in America would not be increasing and the rates of literacy, high school graduation and SAT scores amongst minorities would be increasing. Suffice it to say, entitlement program costs are rising exponentially and literacy rates are decreasing. Choose any metrics you want, their help isn’t helping at all. Got Brains?

American Jews really need to wise up. It’s really not helping people to make them dependent. The people you want to help, really need to learn the values and habits that make the Jewish people so successful. The same values that made America so successful, that our leaders have been attempting to turn us away from the last 30-40 years. These are the values of the Judea Christian religion.
I had a conversation with a young lady from our church a while back, as she was hesitant to apply our Christian values to politics and politicians, thinking I wanted to impose my religion on other citizens. I told her I didn’t want to impose my religion, but had no compulsion on insisting that our politicians and political system should embrace our morals by : not lying, not cheating, not stealing, and the list goes on. These values made our country great, and allowing our government to turn away from these values is why we are now seeing all the corruption being allowed in our government, and the decline in our country. If we do not reverse this and go back to these values and our constitution, we will be soon breaking another commandment by murdering each other.

I spent many sleepless nights worrying that I was abandoning a part of myself if I gave up on this party. Yes, its all about values and too many of our politicians today have the wrong values. It is interesting to consider that America was born as a product of the Protestant Work Ethic, when people delayed gratification in the present to ultimately accumulate wealth as a product of their own enterprises in which they worked hard and applied themselves. The successful Jewish people share a key number of these attributes although their culture is distinctly different. When we look at the waves of immigrants that came to America in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s we can see many people who advanced their social class status by working hard, sacrificing for their families and not concentrating on the adversities they encountered. America is thus a place where all types of people have advanced themselves.
People who constantly whine and bitch about their plight in life rarely transcend their earthly situation. People that are always working en masse to cultivate sympathy for their cause rarely develop to advanced levels because they first take ownership of the one-down (victim) position in life. One-downers attract one-uppers like flies to honey. In this case, the one-uppers are people that are well meaning, however their motivation is not simply to help the downtrodden, but also to elevate themselves in the eyes of others as magnanimous caring people.
This type of impure motivation ultimately brings about resentment and it perpetuates the plight of the downtrodden. Lets be honest, if people feel good about themselves for helping you, they have a vested interest in keeping you in a position where you continually need help. Its just like crack. Feel good now – become addicted – suffer for a long time thereafter. So lets not allow the phony and self righteous Democrats to continue to perpetuate their abhorrent lie. We need to expose their duplicity.
This thread is really about Jewish supporters questioning their support of Obama after he has now exposed himself as a person who would give favor to the Arabs (mostly enemies of democracy and America) to the detriment of Israel (mostly allies of America and very good custodians of the holy shrines of both Christianity and Judaism). Considering the above, I would submit that Obama is in no way a product of either the Protestant work ethic or the Jewish tradition of achievement. Obama portrays himself as the crown prince of the downtrodden in America and around the world, when he is actually their worst nightmare, and a supporter of America’s and Israel’s sworn enemies.
Obama has clearly used his political position to gain entry into the money club. No one in their right mind would say that his wealth is a product of his industriousness. He first used his political position for his own personal gain. He is thus now one of the insincere one-uppers who puts forth himself out (falsely) as a beacon of hope, when in actuality he is nothing more than an ambassador for the dark side of The Force. The Jewish people can now either see him clearly for what he truly is, or they can continue on in denial

Jews are divided into religious ones who embrace their religion and those who are cultural jews who reject their religion but embrace hatred of jewish stereo types and so reject their own religion and substitute statism as their god. You find such people who annoit themselves as an elite in every police state movement.
