New Tone: Obama White House Website Says Republicans Are Racists

This must be part of that new tone.
The Obama White House website wrote that audience members screamed Republicans were racists during his talk yesterday.
Too bad it never happened.
They just made it up.
Here’s the video:
The Washington Examiner reported:
Yesterday, in El Paso, President Obama was interrupted early on in his speech by shouts of “We love you!” from the audience. Obama then stopped his prepared remarks and responded: “Thank you. I appreciate it. Thank you.” All this is in the official transcript. As it should be.
But then much later in the speech Obama said: ” We have gone above and beyond what was requested by the very Republicans who said they supported broader reform as long as we got serious about enforcement. All the stuff they asked for, we’ve done. But even though we’ve answered these concerns, I’ve got to say I suspect there are still going to be some who are trying to move the goal posts on us one more time.” At which point the official White House transcript adds this:
AUDIENCE MEMBER: They’re racist!
But then the transcript continues without Obama ever acknowledging the “racist” statement was ever made. If Obama did not interrupt his speech to acknowledge the comment, then why is it in the official transcript? Watch the video of Obama’s speech. Not only is it impossible to hear anybody shout “you’re racist” at that point in the speech, but judging by Obama’s smooth delivery, he never even heard the statement. If the statement was not part of Obama’s prepared remarks, and Obama did not acknowledge it in any way during the speech, then why call Republicans racist on the official White House website?
Wow. Have you ever seen anything like this in your life?

Reminds me of that time Democrat Congressmen were “spat upon” and “called racist names” as they walked in front of an angry crowd of Tea Party people.
As I recall, Andrew Breitbart offered $100,000 to anyone who could document that these events actually occurred. He never had to pay up, although to this day the major media still mention it from time to time as if it was accepted fact.
It’s election time, and Obama has no record of achievement to run on. His only choice is to conjure up every dirty campaign tactic his high priced political advisors can concoct. This is the third or fourth divisive story this week coming from the Obama camp, and you can expect far worse in the months to come.
Anything to keep you from noticing the economic catastrophe he has created in the past two and a half years. Jobs? Unemployment? Congressional spending? Cash for Clunkers? Border control? Stimulus? Deficits? Union payoffs? Quantitative Easing? Hey, look! Over there! Republican racists!

While a lot of the comments here are valid, there is one area where we need to cut our CinC (that’s clown in costume) some slack.
He commented that the fence on the border is complete. While that may not be entirely accurate (does 5% = complete?), you have to understand that someone who never worked a hard day’s labor in their life might not be able to tell when a project is actually “complete”.
This CinC is some empty it’s scary.

I listened to that part of the audio 4 times, already and clearly heard a male voice say “They’re racist.” every time.
I would be willing to stake my entire reputation as a conservative to say this. Jim, I know your not a liar, are a good guy, and a genuine patriot, but your mistaken on this one. Crank your volume all the way up and put your ear to the speaker, and you’ll hear it. If anyone doesn’t believe me, crank your volume up, and put your ear to the speaker. I’m only 25 and I have absurdly good hearing, so I don’t blame anyone if they are having trouble hearing it, but I heard it, no problem.
