Gov. Jan Brewer on Obama’s Border “Jokes”: “Anybody With a Little Bit of a Brain Knows the Borders Are Not Secure (Video)

Governor Jan Brewer let President Barack Obama have it for his “jokes” this week about the southern border at his “pep rally.” The Republican governor told FOX News:
“Anybody with an iota, a little bit of a brain can figure out that the borders are not secure.”
Obviously, that would not include Obama.

Brewer vetoed the bill that would have required candidates for POTUS to prove eligibility before their names would be placed on the ballots in her state. She also sits on the President’s Board of Governors. I suspect she’s just another Progressive like the senator from her state, John McCain, working with Barky for the same cause, and her indignant rants at her pal in the White House are nothing more than political theater.

Who needs boarder security when you have a Limousine, a jumbo jet, and a security team? I feel perfectly safe.
I feel so safe that I am suing Arizona to make it unsafe. I hope to turn both Arizona and Texas in to a huge Tijuana. Just think of all the votes I would get.
My next goal is lowering the value of one dollar to one Mexican peso. I have gotten gas prices up but still we need more inflation.
My limousine is running and Barney Frank and Eric Holder are in the back. We can really screw the heck out of Texas and Arizona – and that is no joke. Good day.

The bill as written, Auntie Madder, would have ALLOWED oBama on the ballot.

I think she actually made a good call on this one.
The bill changed the requirement for “natural born” by declaring persons born with dual citizenship to be defined as NBCs. It allowed for ONE citizen parent instead of two.
I’m inclined to give Gov Brewer the benefit of the doubt on this one.

Failure to protect our borders is just another failure of the people who ransacked the Treasury, turned our inner cities into combat zones, ruined our public schools, corrupted our young people, allowed lawyers to run rough-shod over our society, provided disincentives for responsible behavior while subsidizing the bad behavior of millions, all the while enriching themselves at taxpayer’s expense…The Feds are now presiding over the balkanization of America…Can we have one journalist ask Obama why we have an immigration and naturalization department if we are just going to let millions enter the country illegally???

Slightly o/t…but I will tell you that in my 48 years, I have only recently seen a bed-bug…We have now had four cases of bed-bugs in rental property that I manage. All of these tenants were hispanic…It seems that bed-bugs are at epidemic levels in the so-called immigrant community. All we need is a superbug to be hosted by these parasites we will be spending billions to undue something that should have never happened. I guess its ok with Obama and Juan McCain to allow millions of unsreened persons to enter this country and become citizens…We get the poor, illiterate, criminals, pedophiles, rapists, thieves, and disease carriers who will become the next underclass to be supported by taxpayers…This is the definition of insanity brought to us by our betters in Washington.

Simply compare the screenings which are done on legal immigrants to the inflow of two-legged vermin flowing over the southern border, and it will be immediately obvious why this open border insanity is destroying us. Health checks, criminal background & security checks, etc. vs no controls of any kind.

But assuming for a moment that you’re right in that the bill would have made matters worse, I guarantee you that that’s not why Brewer vetoed it. If it was the right call, well, she just Homered her way into it.

Brewer is good on the border so far, but she raised taxes and vetoed the bill that would allow us to buy insurance across state lines. I won’t be voting for her again, and I wrote to tell her that too!
