Woah! Obama Snaps After Brave Reporter Asks, “Why Do You Think You’re So Unpopular in Texas?” (Video)

Barack Obama took his first hard question from a reporter yesterday. He didn’t handle it very well. He snapped at the reporter to “let me finish” at the end of the interview.
Brad Watson from News 8 in Dallas caught President Obama flat-footed when he asked,
“Why do you think you’re so unpopular in Texas?”
USA Today reported:
President Obama has troubles with voters in Texas, and, apparently, with interviewers from the Lone Star State as well.
“Let me finish my answers the next time we do an interview, all right?” Obama told reporter Brad Watson after an interview with WFAA-TV of Dallas, one of four interviews with local television stations at the White House on Monday.
The exchange is toward the end of the video.
At one point, Watson asked the president: “Why do you think you’re so unpopular in Texas?”
After some jousting about the size of his loss in Texas in 2008 — the president said it was “a few percentage points,” but it was more like 11 — Obama told his interviewer: “If what you’re telling me is that Texas is a conservative state, you’re absolutely right.”
You just gotta love Texas.

He has gotten two tough questions since 2008. The first one was from Joe the Plumber, and after it, he turned and ran. The second one was in this interview. The reporter should have explained to His Highness that that is what is known in the business as a “follow-up question”. He’s never gotten one before, so you can understand how he felt a bit put out!

Until a few decades ago when we Texans finally came to our senses and realized our conservative values are better represented by the Republican party*, Texas had been a Democratic state. So, Texas was, “historically,” a Democratic state.
*This was before the Republican party was infiltrated by RINOs and infected with liberalism.

This interview was by a local ABC affiliate last night, and it wasn’t that Brad was being “aggressive” like Drudge said, but just asking a valid question, based on his extreme unpopularity here in the Lone Star state.
If he can’t handle that without lying and throwing a tantrum – this shows the level of treasonous disservice the LSM did in vetting this puppet in 2008.

It’s disgusting seeing and hearing that go without a media murmur, after they just savaged Bush. If the media had said nothing about Bush or Sarah Palin for that matter, which would have been the correct thing anything, I wouldn’t care about Obama’s diction or accent – it the CONTENT of the massage that matters most. But Bush and Palin were and continue to be ABUSED by the media, in every venue for their normally unremarkable accents and phrasing. While Bush always sounded like Bush wherever he was was and Palin always sounds like Palin, Obama sounds noticeably different depending on who he’s talking to.
Not a peep from the media – and this sort of thing goes deeper than just an accent, it’s about sense of identity, blurring WHO Obama really is, confusing understanding of him.
There is no evenhandedness, no fair game, it’s total war being waged by the Left.

Last week I called a professor at A & M to see if he gave speeches, or seminars, on his book “Stealing From Each Other.” He doesn’t (in semi-retirement) but we had a long talk about economics and how his students reacted to his theories presented in his book. He told me that his students were usually more conservative than he is (and he is very conservative) and that when he tried to present the other side of the coin, his students informed him differently.
We are raising kids that will bring back conservative values. UT relies on foreign students a lot more than A & M (producing all those lawyers, you know) but it is the kid from the farm, who knows what hard work is that wind up going to A & M and when they graduate, teaching those UT lawyers a few things.

Lyndon B. Johnson, Democrat – U.S. Congressman from 1937 to 1949. U.S. Senator from 1949 to 1961. Vice President from 1960 to 1963. President from 1963 to 1968.
Sheila Jackson Lee, Democrat – U.S. Congresswoman from 1995 to present. Represents inner-city Houston and some surrounding areas. Represents radical liberalism and is quite likely insane in the membrane.
In May, 2003 50 Democratic state house members fled to Oklahoma to stop a Republican-backed redistricting bill. In August, 2003 11 Democratic state senators fled to New Mexico to stop a Republican-backed redistricting bill. In both cases, Texas state troopers and the Texas Rangers were sent to round them up.
There’s a lot more, those are just a few highlights. Yep – Texas is full of nothing but Republicans, not a democrat in sight. That’s typical Obama – ignorant as the day is long and dumb as a fencepost.

Texas is a big state and you can find plenty of corruption, as bad as anywhere else. The difference is that we keep it contained within small areas. To avoid corruption and democrats, avoid living in all large cities and their counties. Dallas and Houston are the worst. Suburbs and surrounding areas are quite nice, except for the heat, and the huge spring storms. I live in far-north Texas, about 50 miles north of Dallas. You couldn’t pay me enough to even visit the downtown Dallas area.
I bid you an early welcome to Texas. Remember to pick up your mandatory firearm within 30 days of moving here!

He is a narcissist and narcissists DO NOT like being questioned, disagreed with or second-guessed. Most have very thin skin and it doesn’t take much to rile them. Chelied – Houston’s fine! It’s humid, but in less than two years most people grow gills and are able to breathe just fine. I have never wanted to live in Houston, but have lived here three times. There is something about Houston that has brought me back three times – Houston has opportunity. It’s that simple. Kings from around the world come here for medical care, my husband got his heart transplant here, and TexMex roolz!!!
I loved living in Boerne (near San Antonio), but it’s only about 3 hours by car from Houston, and you can go there and breathe their air and go to the Riverwalk any time you want.
