Leftist teacher Katherine Windels pleaded not guilty today to charges of threatening to kill Wisconsin Republican Senators and blowing up their homes.

The Wisconsin leftists was charged last month with sending death threats to state Republican lawmakers.
Channel 3000 reported:

Not guilty pleas have been entered for a Wisconsin woman charged with making death threats to Republican state lawmakers.

Katherine Windels, 26, stood mute Thursday in Dane County Circuit Court. A court commissioner entered the pleas for her to two misdemeanor counts of making threats over a computer.

She has also been charged with two felony counts of making bomb threats.

A criminal complaint alleges Windels threatened to shoot the senators and plant bombs around their houses and the Capitol because of their votes in favor of a bill curtailing collective bargaining rights for most state employees.

The complaint also reveals that Windels told investigators she didn’t intend to carry out any of her threats. Windels allegedly told authorities that she was simply angry when she sent two emails to the 15 Republican state senators on March 9.

    This idiot will cost the taxpayers plenty.She will have substitute teachers filling in for preparing her trial and during her trial. She will have grievance hearings for any possible charges to her firing and/ or punishment meted out by the superintendent of schools.Any attempts to surrender her teaching certificate will be met with Union lawyers and more court dates.If cleared ,she will be assigned to a teaching rubber room -no contact with children but her salary will be intact.The bonus is that her steps will count for salary and retirement pay while those who she threatened with death will still be a target from her crazed supporters.

    I would love to be the prosecutor in this one. Talk about an open and shut case. Not only was she dumb enough to send the notes, she was dumb enough to confess to the authorities.

    Her lawyer must not be too bright. If a case ever begged to be pleaded out, this was it.
