WI Small Business Owner Sees Business Quadruple After Standing Up to Union Goons (Video)

Dawn Bobo, a Wisconsin grandmother and business owner, was threatened by the public unions.
Dawn Bobo shows the sign that she put in the front window of herstore, Village Dollar, 1000 Main St. in Union Grove, Wednesday March 30, 2011. Her store is one of numerous Union Grove businesses threatened with “public boycotts” by the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees union. According to the letter businesses received Tuesday, they will be targeted for declining to display a sign stating, “This business supports workers rights,” with an AFSCME logo. Several Wisconsin businesses are speaking out against the bullying and threats by local union members.
Dawn Bobo told FOX News that she has done a weeks worth of business in just one day. People are traveling from miles away to buy things to show her their support.

This reminds me of something that happened in San Antonio right after 9/11. Some idiot threw a brick through the window of an Afghan restaurant, and the owner promptly repaired the window and opened for business, and the locals made a point of coming to visit, to eat his food and pay him their good money.

I went to O’Reilly’s web site to vote on his poll…. Is Donald Trump smart to raise the birth certificate Issue? I voted YES! I’m likely going to be traveling to Rochester, MN via Chicago early next week, and I just checked Google Maps for Union Grove. Stopping at the Village Dollar store will take me about a half hour out of my way, but I’m planning on doing that and buying something to support people who stand up against bullies and thugs.
If there are other lists of businesses taking a stand in Wisconsin along I-94 and I-90 West (corrected), particularly travel-related places (gas, food), I’d love to know about them. If’ I’m going to be paying close to $4 a gallon for gas, I at least ought to direct that where it will do some good.
Likewise, if there are any recommendations for Hudson, WI.

I looked up the law when M&I Bank was being threatened. It is a class H felony to threaten to destroy or interfere with a person’s business or ability to make a living.
Why is the Attorney General of Wisconsin not investigating and prosecuting these union bosses? Obviously the local district attorneys are not going to do so. The AG is the top prosecutor in the state and has the authority to prosecute everyone who has signed these letters threatening businesses with boycotts if they don’t support the unions.

Any other 50 year old American that I know that needed an American Birth Certificate would just send away to the state they were born and get one. For some reason, Obama seems unable to do that, WHY?

I personally am partial to the very earnest and polite NOI members who have put up a series of Youtube videos carefully detailing their contention that Obama is the spitting image of Malcom X. He’s the right height, the right build, the right age, and put them sunglasses on him, and whoa! They DO have a point. It IS rather noticeable. Why, that would make Obama 100% US born citizen, wouldn’t it? Is that perhaps why Farrakhan was so quick to call him the “messiah?” Guilty conscience?
But, oh! Awkward! It’d be ironic then to be caught in a web of lies meant to hide one thing for years for another purpose, only to be trapped with facing felony charges for a string of false statements on a plethora of official documents.

This following email is just in from our friends at The Mackinac Center for Public Policy:
“The Mackinac Center for Public Policy received numerous death threats and bomb threats in the aftermath of national publicity about a Freedom of Information Act request it sent to three public universities.
The messages were left on the Center’s voice mail Thursday night and early Friday morning, but it is unclear at this point if one or two women were responsible for the threats.
Mackinac Center President Joseph Lehman said the Mackinac Center has contacted law enforcement about the threats.
“We, along with the authorities, are doing everything necessary to protect ourselves,” Lehman said. “No threats will prevent us from showing the public how universities spend tax dollars.”
There were five messages left containing death or bomb threats. Four of them appear to be from the same caller. A fifth message was from a woman who left a death threat and, unlike the previous caller, left her name and indicated she lived in a neighboring state. It was unclear if the second caller was the same as the first caller.
A female voice said:
“Scotty Walker is dead. So are you. We know where you live.” The woman then recited the Mackinac Center’s address and said, “We are coming up to destroy you.”
In another message, a female who left her name said:
“You are on Main Street. You are the first place to be bombed.”
In another message, a female voice said:
“We are going to destroy everybody. We are going to destroy all of you. All of you die. Midland, Michigan. Get ready. We are going to destroy all of you.”

For anyone who lives in the Milwaukee area. Mayfair mall is allowing WEAC union thugs to protest in their food court on Monday. They won’t be allowed to carry signs but will be allowed to sit to send a message and express their views. It’s an all day thing, so if you are able stop by Mayfair and send your own message and express your own views. Interesting that Mayfair would allow protesting. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.
