Trump: I Always Said Carter Was the Worst President (Except Last Week)

Except last week when he said George W. Bush was likely the worst president and in 2008 when he called Bush evil.
Donald Trump tonight told Sean Hannity:
“Look, he’s (Obama) been a horrible president. I always said the worst president was Jimmy Carter. Jimmy Carter goes to second place. Barack Obama has been the worst president ever.”
Agreed.
I am a Trump fan but The Donald is going to have to clean up the script some if he does not want to be eaten alive by the far left Obamedia.

gus, I too am not a republican. I am a conservative. It sounds like you and I would agree that the republican party is a disgrace. Having said that, there are a few conservative leaders out there. Palin for one who I fully support. She is speaking at a tea party rally this Saturday in Wisconsin by the day which is huge given what just went down there with Prosser and Walker. There are others, but I do share your concern about the republican party’s lack of conservatism.
I was working my ass off in 2010 to get conservatives elected, while Trump was donating to liberal marxists. Now he says he is a conservative! It is an obvious lie and yet some people actually support him who say they are conservatives! It is ridiculous. I heard people call into talk radio just today saying it.

Dan, I don’t know if you are aware. I live in Wisconsin, and Scott Walker has been a personal friend of mine since he and I were kids. I too support Sarah Palin without reservation. I see potential CONSERVATIVE CANDIDATES. They would include Bobby Jindal, possibly Michelle Bachmann, Palin, probably to early for Col. West, and a few other lesser knowns.
O/T Governor Walker and I were at a Milwaukee Brewers game nearly 9 years ago. As we said our good byes at the end of the game, I said to Scott. “Scott, you will be Governor before you turn 50. Scott was elected on his 43′rd birthday. Again, this was nearly 9 years ago. Scott lives on the same block that my best friend grew up on. One of my best friends son, shares a locker with Scott Walker’s son at MY HIGH SCHOOL!!!!!

And really, he is great at that – he is getting away with tons of attacks most people cant, let alone get repeated on the Main-Stream Media 24/7. Its all a matter of planting some seeds – people end up hearing this stuff and they might start pondering it themselves; or better yet, investigating some of it themselves. The birther issues might not seem important to many, but its gets back to trust. Unfortunately, most the republican men are RINO’s or just don’t have the fight in them to do what needs to be done.
If Trump is serious about running, and intent on running as an independent, WE need to run Palin/Bachman. We need constitutional conservatives running then Trump and Obama would split the moderate/liberal vote and in a three way race, conservatives have a solid 40%.
Keep Karl Rove out of it, as he is going to attempt to queer any republican candidate to get his progressive buddy Obama in for another term, and set it up for good old boy Jeb Bush in 2016 if we still have elections by then. The Bush’s are the republican wing of the progressive party and GW got Obama elected and might have destroyed our country.

I volunteered for Giuliani in the 1990′s and saw Trump at his fundraisers. Regarding sticking to a story, from the quote on this post he said Bush was ‘likely’ the worst president, which means just that, ‘likely.’ It’s also possible he has named more than one as ‘the worst.’ Fine. The GOP is quite happy with Obama, and I am not. I am for Mr. Trump.

The date on this article is March 16, 2007, so it was not last week. Fox News picked this article up last week but the original comment is 4 years old.
Looks like the smear Trump campaign from the GOP is in high gear. Drudge is now running the headline “YESTERDAY: TRUMP PRAISES OBAMA; BUSH ‘EVIL’.” When you link to the cited article (http://tinyurl.com/3kos4le) you find it is dated 11/11/2008 not exactly “yesterday”. In this article Trump says “I think he has a chance to go down as a great president. Now, if he’s not a great president, this country is in serious trouble.” I don’t see that as much of a praise. Every president, at the very beginning, has the chance to be a great president. Very few ever achieve it.

Better boycott Pajamasmedia too. They have not one but TWO big articles there attacking The Donald for his “birtherism.” For those of you who don’t know or need reminding, the term “birther” was coined by Charles of Little Green Footballs when he, hand in hand with KOS, deemed the “birth certificate” released by KOS on Obama’s behalf “legitimate.”

One hopes you don’t think Mitch Romney is any better, by so much as a single hair. Look to Massachusetts, which has some of the most stringent gun regulations in the country, Romneycare (the pattern for Obamacare), gay marriage and so forth. First Granny backs Trump (even though JP is right), then slams Romney. I think Romney is a threat to the Left because he’s electable. Maddachusets was completely crazy Left on everything before Romney was asked to run to try and fix their fiscal mess.

@Mama-When the majority of the Jewish-American population votes Democrat, whether or not our candidate supports Israel, does not matter much. Check that off the list–it isn’t a major campaign issue any longer. That will not get a Republican elected. Period.
Right now people care about our huge debt and jobs. Donald Trump has proven leadership in this arena. He needs to really start spouting about how he is going to fix this country fiscally and shut-it on the other political/social issues. Sell us on his experitse. I am not supporting him right now but I am listening to what he has to say. It seems like he is the only potential candidate with the cajones to go after the 2nd black president.
If we can’t win the WH, we damn sure better win back the Senate with enough wiggle room.

He is stirrinng a pot that needs to be stirred and blown apart. The Republican elite are just as bad as the Democrat elite. Trump has the balls and the cash to at least take the the man out from behind the curtain in terms of Obama. I haven’t seen anyone else get this far. Let him go.
And BOR, holy moly, that idiot even had an answer for the CT ss number the other night. We watch him every night but he infuriates me. I think a boycott is appropriate.

I could deal with his first answer, on the birth certificate (mainly because I don’t care) but the rest of it was absolutely stunningly ridiculous.
If BOR wants to be serious, he should at least atttempt to speak intellengently. That wasn’t even close.

I am betting Mitt Romney is the unnamed Camp Good News substitute teacher Scott Brown is protecting. Pushing Romney on us is the Republican party way of saying we socialist republicans were behind the passage of Obamacare all along…we just had to be stealth secret about it to gently mange the conservatives succers to failure . George Bush probably wrote the whole plan for the death panels with Hillary Clinton.

There is PLENTY of marketing research going on to find out who is electable and who isn’t. Keep your eyes open because the Left will pull out all the stops this time. I’d bet he wrote those answers. Did you catch the one about the Pakistan travel? That one was interesting as well, he put some thought (or someone did) into answers that would stifle any debate.

After watching Hannity’s interview with him yesterday (there’ll be more of it today) — I began to be embarrassed for him. He sounded shallow, infantile, almost pathetic. Is there no end to the self-promotion?
The answers he gave seemed to come from a man without firm footing – one who’s shifted with whatever winds are favorable to him at the moment and one who’s thought little about things beyond the next big deal. He had difficulty dodging the reality of who he is.
In putting self first, he’s much like the present occupant of the WH. But BO is far more practiced in the art of deceit — and in hiding his insecurities.
