Only 38% of Americans believe Obama was definitely born in the USA
The Daily Mail reported:
The so-called ‘birther’ conspiracy appears to have maintained its traction on American voters ahead of next year’s elections, as a new poll shows fewer than four in 10 believe President Barack Obama was definitely born in the U.S…
…Among those who say they definitely or might vote for Mr Trump just a third question Mr Obama’s birthplace.
Birther support is stronger for Mr Trumps Republican rivals Sarah Palin, Mitt Romney and Mike Huckabee the poll shows.

Trump’s done his job. He’s flushed out the legitimacy of Obama’s phony documents, with a lot more to come once the ball starts rolling downhill. He deserves a tremendous pat on the back from the rest of us for walking straight into a minefield of Obama Media lackeys and standing unafraid in the storm.
Trump’s no fool. Once real political advisers show him the future of his campaign chances he’ll backout. I’ve been watching him here in New York since the 70′s. He’s never once purposely done anything to embarrass his brand and he’s not going to start now.

I repeat, for the zillion and oneth time, it does not matter where he was born! His father was NOT a US citizen so Obama CANNOT be natural born. You must have TWO citizen parents to be NATURAL born, even if you are NATIVE born. Obama is at best a dual citizen and is NOT legitimately eligible for the presidency of the United States.

But here’s the problem. It’s never been adjudicated in the Courts as to exactly what the application of Article l. Sec.ll would be in reality. Six cases have come before the bench to force the issue of Obama’s birth status, non have been heard by the court for lack of standing( you have to prove you’ve been directly injured by the situation) to bring the case. Orly Taitz Esq. was fined $20,000.00 for bringing a frivolous case.

I suspect that there is information on his birth record that is injurious to his whole narrative, {note I didn’t say that info was he wasn’t born in Hawaii}.
His grades are tremendously important, for if they are mediocre, that begs the question how did he get into Columbia, and how did he gain entry into Harvard Law, which is, perhaps, THE MOST DIFFICULT law school to get into.
I’m convinced he used his exotic Indonesian roots to make his application more interesting to the libs who dominate college admission departments.
So his college applications and ESPECIALLY his bar application are TREMENDOUSLY important.

Trump is doing the dirty work for other more legitimate contenders. A legit contender can’t go after The One on the birth certificate issue, and the “is he really a muslim” issue. Trump can hit hard on these issues to do damage to The One (and to plant seeds of doubt about him on top of his abysmal record in office). Trump gets the flack for broaching these subjects, thus opening the door for someone (ANYone) to concentrate on the policy issues and to replace The One in 2012.

According to the 1953 Hawaiian Territorial Law #57, “Vital Statistics”, and enacted in 1982 as § 338-17.8 of The Revised laws of Hawaii of that year, entitled “Certificates for children born out of state ” A simple fact: The laws of Hawaii, as late as 1982, and continuing into the present day, allowed then and allow to this day, for a child born out of state to receive something called a “birth certificate,” even though the child was not in fact born in Hawaii but was born outside Hawaii.
Thus a Hawaii official might assert that a person had a “birth certificate” that was on file with the state or had been on file with the state but that assertion doesn’t prove that a child was born in Hawaii.
In fact, the Territorial Statute in effect before the 1982 statute, and the one under which Obama was born, sets out an even greater latitude enabling and entitling persons to register a child for up to a year after its birth and to do so, if not attended by a locally licensed physician or midwife, for the parents or ONE OF THEM to fill out the birth certificate or for a “local registrar” to fill out a birth certificate “from anyone having knowledge of the birth.” Thus a child born outside of Hawaii and attended by a non-Hawaii licensed health care provider or born unattended could get a Hawaii birth certificate nonetheless.
And that means I could get a Certificate of Live Birth for anyone on this blog site, or the last person you met at the supermarket this morning.

As a matter of legal fact, the law in effect in 1961 allowed the parents (or grandparents or other relative) of baby’s born anywhere in the world to be eligible to apply for a Hawaiian birth certificate. A mailed-in form (without mention of a hospital, doctor, or midwife) signed by one of his grandparents (who forged the parent signature(s)) would have been enough to set up a birth record and a birth certificate at the Dept of Health. The Dept of Health would (presumably) then have automatically sent the names of the parents, their address as given on the mailed-in form , the gender of the child, and the date of birth to the Honolulu Advertiser and Star-Bulletin.
And when the Honolulu Advertiser birth announcement comes up in your next conversation with an Obam-iac, could you share the teeny-tiny fact with them, that the address given for the parents in the newspaper announcements is actually, however, the August 1961 home address of Obama’s maternal grandparents Stanley and Madelyn Dunham [6085 Kalanianaole Highway], and not the 1961 home address of Barack Obama, Sr. [625 11th Ave].)

Dr. Sun Yat-sen was born on 12 November 1866, to a peasant family in the village of Cuiheng, Xiangshan county , Guangzhou prefecture, Guangdong province. Born in China, Dr. Sun Yat-Sen has a Certificate of Hawaiian/Live Birth aka; COLB, just the same as Barry Soetero Obama.
Remember, Hawaii issues Birth Certificates, to those who were actually born in Hawaii.
Sun Yat-sen was born in 1866 in China and applied for a Hawaiian Certificate in 1904 with a price on his head from China.

Here’s the Hawaiian Statute that spells out that Obama can obtain his “Long Form Birth Certificate”:
Ҥ338-18 Disclosure of records. (a) To protect the integrity of vital statistics records, to ensure their proper use, and to ensure the efficient and proper administration of the vital statistics system, it shall be unlawful for any person to permit inspection of, or to disclose information contained in vital statistics records, or to copy or issue a copy of all or part of any such record, except as authorized by this part or by rules adopted by the department of health.
(b) The department shall not permit inspection of public health statistics records, or issue a certified copy of any such record or part thereof, unless it is satisfied that the applicant has a direct and tangible interest in the record. There has to be evidence that a crime has been committed and up to now no judge, Demoncrat or Republican, as been convinced that there is any evidence. Lakin was a fool. He was the one on trial, not Obama, and he went to jail for disobeying orders. I have no more sympathy for him than I have for any soldier who refused to deploy because Bush was (in that soldier’s view) not elected.
