A group of local La Raza students shut down the Tucson school board meeting. They screamed, chanted and chained themselves to the tables.
The young La-Raza activists demanded that an outlawed racist anti-American curriculum be taught at local schools.

Just as the Tucson school board was about to hold a meeting to vote on making the now-outlawed racist and anti-American curriculum an ‘elective’ to try and get around the new AZ law, La Raza activists and teachers sent in student to shut down the meeting and chain themselves to the chairs. UPDATE: This comes from a Tucson source– Socialist Rep. Raul Grijalva‘s daughter is a member of the Tucson school board and gave up her seat to one of the young La Raza activists. She then stood there and cheered them on.

Let me get this straight, the Tuscon Board was going to vote for something that these racist LaRaza (imagine a white group calling itself “The Race” and the positive publicity the lamestream media would give it /sarc) want to have, yet they shut down the meeting so that the school district can’t vote to approve their miseducational program. What morons. The only bigger morons are from the school board, who should have moved the meeting and called for security to remove these fascist mexicans from the meeting.

Tom Horne, state superintendent of schools, investigated and a law was passed making these kinds of programs illegal. TUSD was ordered to eliminate the classes.

In a end run around the law demanding the class be eliminated, TUSD was voting to make this class an elective instead of being a core class credit in American History. The protesters want to keep it as a social studies credit.

These type of courses are poisonous beyond reason. I remember having to take ‘latino studies’, and ‘native american studies’ as part of the humanities requirement for my degree. This is CA about ~10 years ago, and by the end of those classes I was embarrased and felt guilty for just being born white. I would slink down in my seat and feel like a terrible person… and eventually when I woke up years later, I felt like I’d been mind-raped. These professors are taking advantage of impressionable and naive young minds… Creating self hating democrats for the future. Its disgusting.
I can only imagine the mission creep in the last ~10 years in these classes.. now teaching outright revolution and hatred of white oppressors. The history they teach is dishonest, without context, anachronistic, and full of hyperbole. They are not proper college courses. they are seminars for radicals. I hope for the future of our nation that laws against these balkanizing classes are passed.. banning them forever!!

The TUSD (Tucson Unified School District) school board. Back some time ago late 80s or early 90s the TUSD failed to remove a disrupted student from class. He threatened students, and his teachers. Well this went on for some time, finally the student kidnapped one of his female teachers, had her drive her car to remote location and blew her head off with a shotgun. After the fact the local liberal newspaper printed a story on this slug. It listed his run-ins with the law and the TUSD. It filled a full page and a half. I tried to find the achieve article but I am unable. Maybe it is gone forever. The sad fact is they have allowed this type of lawlessness to run rampant in Tucson. The joke here is that the TUSD was trying to circumvent the State law forbidding the teaching of racisms and haltered by making this course an elective. The students were too stupid to realize that the board was trying to help them keep their discriminatory studies viable. Look up La Raza it is a racist organization.

The students who are at least 16-years-old who took part in the rebellion should be expelled from school. Any alien students should be arrested and deported with their parents. They do not deserve a taxpayer paid education. The public schools exist to create educated, good and loyal citizens. Tucson’s public school treason program was to be discontinued, but the terrorist brats are doing their jobs.
