The theme appeared to be anti-microbial resistance and its spread worldwide.

To emphasize their point they included bombs on their displays. (ISNA)

The + sign on a postage stamp is the symbol of a charity issue that carries a surcharge over regular letter rates. ” Anti microbial resistance ” sounds like a pill that weakens the immune system . Maybe this is part of the Iranian planned genocide of homosexuals.
