DC Synagogue and Jewish-Affiliated Businesses Attacked on Passover

14 windows were shot out at the synagogue and local Jewish-affiliated businesses.
The Beth Sholom synagogue in Washington DC had its windows shot out on Monday the eve of Passover
YNet reported:
Unknown elements used a pellet gun to shatter the windows of the Beth Sholom synagogue in Washington D.C. on Monday – Passover eve. They also fired at the window displays of a women’s clothing store and jewelry store owned by Jews. Police have yet to trace the suspects and have not ruled out the possibility the act was a hate crime.
The shooting occurred on Monday night when the synagogue was empty. There were no injuries. A synagogue element told NBC News that the motive for the crime was unclear. The jewelry store owner estimated it was a childish prank.
Police are currently looking into both scenarios and are working to trace the owners of a car seen in footage from the shopping center’s security cameras.
Tow Jewish-affiliated businesses in the area were also shot at.

Montgomery County police say someone used a BB gun to shoot holes in several windows at a synagogue in Potomac and at two nearby businesses.
The vandalism was discovered early Monday at Beth Sholom Congregation on Seven Locks Road. The Jewish holiday of Passover begins Monday evening.
Officer Howard Hersh, a police spokesman, says investigators haven’t determined whether the act was a hate crime. He says the two businesses have Jewish affiliations. They are a jewelry store and a women’s clothing store.
Hersh says surveillance video shows the suspected shooter driving up to the stores in a vehicle around 1:20 a.m. Monday

I carry a pistol personnally. I have a rifle in the car. Being prepared for uncivil unrest and having the freedom to do so is an American civil right. The right to self defense.
Some of you out there have been very lax in this duty to yourself and family.

I’m not indicting any radical Muslims before all the facts are in, but it’s not a crime to have such a suspicion.
Meanwhile, my liberal Jewish brethren will probably take their heads out of their butts just long enough to blame Sarah Palin, Fox News, and conservative talk radio for inciting a climate of violence. Then they’ll put their heads back up their tuchases and continue to lament the mythical rise of “Islamaphobia,” while ignoring the actual truth that Muslim-on-Jew violence is way up.

As the son of someone who fled the Nazis, I am deeply troubled by the vandalism, but also by some of the comments here. The Nazis were not leftists or progressives in any way. Yes, the they were the “National Socialist” party, but in their vocabulary white was black and right was wrong. We may be on the right, but that does not mean that the “right” is always right. Terrible crimes have been committed by both left and right and we need to make sure we are no harboring racist and antismites in our midsts.

Goebbels said in a speech on December 6, 1931, that the NSDAP was, by its ideology, the new german left wing. He also said that “nothing do we hate more than a right wing bourgeoisie.”

Also, Karl Kautzky, chief ideologist of the German socialist party, said in 1914 that the goal must be the destruction of capitalism. In order to destroy capitalism, one has to destroy the Jews, and that was a good thing, according to him.
Kautzky is still highly reverred by today’s socialists in Germany. The party also still exists as the SPD.
Karl Marx himself wrote that “inferior classes and races must be wiped out.”
Hitler focused on the “inferior races”, with strong tones of class warfare.
