I’d like to know why no one will go after Obama on the fact that he had dual citizenship at birth. He is not eligible from the get-go. Is the Long-Form Birth Certificate suppose to appease the masses and the fact that he wasn’t, isn’t, and never will be eligible because of his dual citizenship not able to? And should people care if his dual citizenship isn’t enough for the masses? Obama is suppose to be a Constitution scholar, at least that is what the media put out there, so does anyone think he actually doesn’t know he isn’t eligible?

While it’s certainly an amusing side narrative, it’s an increasing concern that the more we focus on the figurehead, the less we see the coordinators behind.

One does not become President of the United States from absolutely zero political credentials and independent professional experience without it being absolutely clear that the President is a proxy for others. Johnson, JFK, Nixon, Reagan, even Carter and certainly Clinton and the Bushes were all self-driven individuals with their own creation of power through the network of influences they built over decades. Obama was created, manufactured, taken from raw clay of a adjunct lecturer and community radical with zero background (positive or negative) and molded into the poseur figurehead who represents the coalition of progressive interests.

As such, it’s amusing to them that we continue to attack their token. Of course Obama’s illegitimate — but the birth record is the least of those illegitimacies! Haven’t you all noticed he doesn’t actually work? Hell, he can’t even speak unless the teleprompter draws it out for him, and even then, he’s mediocre at best.

The real expose is around those who actually run the Presidency. A good clue to illuminating that is in the White House visitor records. Oh wait. That’s right, those aren’t kept any longer save for the records of the mere tourists. I’d suggest one start looking at those who brag to their constituencies that they’re at the White House every day, including weekends. That’s probably a good indication of some of the stakeholders involved that actually control the country through this puppet.

Since there is no agreed upon definition of Natural Born, we must look elsewhere for the ORIGINAL INTENT of the Natural Born clause. You can’t get much closer than one of the Founders whose signature appears on the U.S. Constitution:

Therefore, the Founders’ intent behind the Natural Born clause was to insure sole allegiance (attachment) to the United States.

So, let’s look at Obama:

His dad was never a U.S. citizen, never a resident of the U.S., and became active in Kenyan politics later in life.

Obama Jr. was born with dual citizenship and has shown his split allegiances between Kenya and the United States (think Odinga, 2006). Not only that, but his mother’s move to Indonesia also negated Obama’s natural born status:

From the After-Birthers’ much touted Supreme Court Decision, US v. Wong Kim Ark:

“Whether any act of himself or of his parents during his minority could have the same effect [as renunciation of citizenship] is at least doubtful. But it would be out of place to pursue that inquiry, inasmuch as it is expressly agreed that his residence has always been in the United States, and not elsewhere; that each of his temporary visits to China, the one for some months when he was about seventeen years old, and the other for something like a year about the time of his coming of age, was made with the intention of returning, and was followed by his actual return, to the United States[...]”

You see, Obama’s mother wasn’t merely visiting Indonesia with Obama Jr., she MOVED to Indonesia and had NO INTENT OF RETURNING! Apparently, she eventually got sick of Obama Jr. and decided to dump him off on her parents who were still living in Hawaii. According to the majority SCOTUS opinion in U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark, an act of the parent can, in fact, negate one’s citizenship status. The SCOTUS even spelled it out for you: “intention of returning.”

So, although I would like to see what Obama is hiding on his Birth Certificate, it isn’t necessarily essential to making a strong, legal case that Obama may be a citizen, but he certainly is not Natural Born under the original intent of that clause in the Constitution.

This Corsi book probably has no positive proof, only negative findings, still it re-re-re-raises the question that I guess makes me a ‘Birther, even though to me the Obama birth narrative is very believable. None of my family have ever seen a long form birth certificate, and few of us had a notice in the paper we can find. We do have passports obtained with the short form.

Still, if an ineligible “ringer” had been elected as American President and it somehow was proven to .99 probability by DNA studies, or some other highly reliable method, would the legislation he or she signed be overturned immediately by the S. Court, or would it take years, or never happen?

How about discovery five years after he or she left office?

What sort of reparations would be appropriate for war dead and families and property damage in wars fought on executive order by an un-Constitutional non-President with no Congressional approval, like NATO’s Libya “no-flight-not-war? Would it be a war crime, or maybe a not-war crime like mass murder, and the former non-President extradited to, say, Libya for eventual beheading?

Maybe it would not be a U. S. government crime. Would the appropriate political Party be subject to damages and racketeering penalties or maybe war crimes prosecution in Libya, if Party officials could be linked to deception?

Isn’t that hypothetical mess the best possible argument for Bill Posey’s (R, Fl) proposed long form requirement for Presidential candidates, proposed legislation that was so mocked by both parties and not a few pundits a few years ago? It is such a simple thing to do.

They have been very effective by doing so and running from a simple task, by just showing the birth certificate we ALL have to produce when applying for driver’s license, jobs, passport etc. Questions that I have are simple and I think as an American he should be held to answer. He is asking me to trust him and vote for him as President of the United States. Okay fine, now I have a few questions I would like to know from Barak Obama.
Why and when did you change your name?
The claim that you have spent millions in legal fees fighting “the birther” argument in asking you to produce your birth certificate, is that true?
If that is true then why you would spend millions of dollars on an issue that would take five minutes to solve?
The question of the Live Birth Form being legit or not legit, please explain the difference and what does the Constitution require? Why not show BOTH of the certificates to end all this madness?
How is one vetted for President of the US and what is required of that person to prove?
Where are your mom’s friends and family members when you were born?
Did they visit her in the hospital? If so, then why not have them come forward?
Where there flowers sent to her hospital room or gifts?
Did she have a baby shower?
Where are the friends who would have come over to her home to see the new born baby?
Where are the family members who would do the same?
Who were your friends in college?
Where did you live and who paid for your education?
Did you work? If so where, if not how did you pay for an apartment, food, clothes, etc.
Where are papers that you would have written in college?
I’m in college right now and I have a tremendous amount of essays, research papers, and term papers that I could offer up at any given time. Where are the articles you would had written being the president of the Harvard Law Review? Did you write any? Where are your college records? What was your GPA in each institution you attended? What classes did you take? What grades did you make?
Who were your associates in college? Where you involved in any clubs? Honor societies?
Where or who were your high school friends?
These are simple questions to ask of anyone and actually questions folks ask others they meet each and every day so what is the big deal?

What is interesting, however, and something I’d not heard until recently, is the Connecticut SS# thing. Coming at it from several different angles myself, I’ve not yet found a satisfactory answer and have watched Gibbs dance like Baryshnikov while trying to answer a direct question about it.

Let me see if I get this correct: Nearly 50 years ago a child was born to one white and one black parent. The parents (or maybe some magical Liberal Svengali) placed a fake announcement in the local papers of the child’s birth (fake because the child was really born half way around the world right? But they were already planning his ascension to the White House?) 50 years ago so that this half white/half black kid could grow up and become president of the USA? And what, just for the fun challenge of it the parents named him Barack Hussien Obama??? Were they thinking if we give a half black/half white guy an Islamic name he’ll be a shoo-in for election in America (with our well known bigotry?) in 2008?

Congressman Darrell Issa is threatening the Obama administration with contempt hearings if it continues to stonewall his investigation of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF). In a letter Issa sent ATF Director Ken Melson earlier today, the California Republican blasted the agency for failing to meet the April 13 deadline for his subpoena. Issa, the chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, is investigating Project Gunrunner and Operation Fast and Furious — two ATF programs that may have cost the lives of two federal agents.

Assistant Attorney General Ronald Welch refused to comply with a subpoena Issa handed down on March 31, citing the Justice Department’s “ongoing criminal investigations.” Issa retorted, “We are not conducting a concurrent investigation with the Department of Justice, but rather an independent investigation of the Department of Justice.”

His letter revealed that Issa had obtained a document proving two AK-47s sold through Project Gunrunner — but never tracked by the ATF — were found near the murder scene of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry last December. “This document demonstrates that ATF knew straw purchasers were acquiring weapons and failed to track those records,” he wrote. “As an apparent result, a U.S. federal agent lost his life.” He added the ATF’s “failure to act” may have similarly cost the life of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Agent Jaime Zapata, who was murdered in February in Mexico.

Issa concluded his letter to Melson by stating, “If you do not comply with the subpoena, the Committee will be forced to commence contempt proceedings.”

Issa’s letter follows an April 8 letter Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-IA, e-mailed to Melson, upbraiding him for telling ATF agents they “are in no way obliged to respond” to Congress.

You must have gotten those passports in Hawaii, then, because the passport office in HI is the only one that accepts the short form. Or you got them in another state but presented the short form with numerous other forms of identification. Be that as it may, if you were elected POTUS and a good number of citizens asked you to present your long-form birth certificate, I bet you’d contact your birth state’s records dept, send them whatever amount they charge, have them mail you an official, stamped copy of it, and then have the enemedia post it, publish it, and show it on air. No?

Biology is irrelevant. All that matters is who was named “father” at the time of birth. Citizenship is inherited from the mother and father as they are named on the birth certificate.

Right. Because every lefturd like yourself knows that, except for becoming POTUS, there are no advantages to being a citizen of the US. That was especially true in the 1960s, when only citizens were eligible to receive entitlements and other handouts. And every immigrant who has gone through and complete, or who is currently going through, the naturalization process to become a US citizen is doing so because they plan to run for POTUS. (So, please don’t tell them that naturalized US citizens aren’t Constitutionally eligible for the office of the president. Knowing would only p!ss them off.) Other than that, immigrant status is just as good as citizenship.

I don’t think his original Birth Certificate, not Certificate of Live Birth, is the issue. It is probably his revised BC. It had to be revised when he was adopted. Through adoption he would have been made an Indonesian citizen, just like adopting a child from say . . . say China. A child adopted by a US citizen becomes a US citizen when the adoption is finalized. However, you cannot just give up your US citizenship. You have to go through a formality. I don’t think the document presented by Obama is not the true original BC simply because it is not a revised document. It would have been revised when he was adopted and then revised again if the Indonesian gave up parental rights on the child. Revised BCs are very easy to detect because they clearly say “Revised” on them. The BC as last revised is the correct Certified Birth Certificate. We haven’t seen it.

Therefore, if BO is indeed a hawaiian native, his driver’s license number in hawaii should have been his ss number which is issued from CT. Hawaii’s population’s ss number starts with 575 or 576. so let’s see what his driver’s license number was when he resided in hawaii during his time at Punahou.
