Another Leftist Threatens Lawmakers With Mass Killings Like in Arizona

Another leftist state worker sent threatening la emails to lawmakers this week.
WBEN reported, via Free Republic:
State Police in the Capitol region are investigating a series of threatening emails that were sent to numerous state and local lawmakers in Albany on Friday.
The emails are “similar in content,” according to investigators. Troopers are not officially releasing any further information, citing the sensitivity of the investigation.
But an Albany-area television station obtained a copy of the email Friday evening, from Assemblyman James Tedisco. (Click here read the entire text of the email, courtesy of WTEN-TV).
In it, the writer expresses outrage over government power, and the perceived arrogance of politicians and those who support them. The person threatens a mass-shooting like the one in Tucson earlier this year, in which Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords was critically wounded and several other people, including a federal judge and a nine-year-old girl, were killed.
“It is obvious to me that the wealthy in this country are so well insulated that nothing will pull them off task and that, in order to deal with them, I need to incite people to violence. In a day where those in power are bold enough to eliminate labor unions and the government conducts surveillance on Americans whenever they speak out, the response must be violence,” the email opens.
The author claims to work in a state office, and promises to exploit that connection.
“I personally am going to use my position and contacts in State government to gather information about the vulnerabilities of public and private targets in New York. The idiots that I work with don’t have the slightest idea about my extracurricular activities,” the writer says.

I have become very conscientious about checking where things are made. It pains me to have to buy anything made in another country. Unless it is from Israel (like moroccan oil), I refuse to buy anything from the Middle East. My kids throw away any small toys they get from China, and if they touch it they wash their hands. I hope I’m not making them paranoid, but I’d rather be paranoid than hurt my kids.
If I were President, I would shut down free trade and give incentives like tax breaks to American companies that only sell American products and grocery stores that only sell American meat and produce.
We would build up our economy in no time. If people want a souvenir from China, they should go there and get it.

Chuck, there are so many South Park episodes that I like. Sometimes I don’t recognize one as a fave until it’s on. Butters is probably my favorite character, so the two or three in which he play Captain Chaos are high on my list. And Smug Alert, as already mentioned.

In one of the many, many episodes – I don’t remember which one – there’s maybe 15 seconds that’s supposed to be at the Academy Awards. Whoopie Goldberg is supposed to be the presenter, doing the comedy thing as is typical of the presenter/MC at the Oscars. So, she walks onstage and to the podium and says into the mic over and over “Republicans are so stupid.” The audience responds with gales of laughter each time. That cracked me up and stuck with me, too. The joke was on Whoopie and those who still laugh at that tired ol’, used-up, insult-the-Republicans shtick.
