Wisconsin GOP Representative Michelle Litjens appeared on Fox News today to discuss the death threat she received following Friday’s vote on Governor Scott Walker’s budget recovery bill. Dem Rep. Gordon Hintz threatened Litgens after Friday’s Assembly vote. Hintz screamed at Litgens, “You are F***king dead!”

Via Hope For America:

She admitted she was “intimidated and shaking.”

Democrat Hintz was arrested for sexual misconduct last week – in a prostitution sting.

  1. Man, wait until the National Organization for Women finds out about this. That guy is gonna get……wait….sorry….forget it.

  2. Were the prostitutes female or male?

  3. More class in her little finger than in the entire Wisconsin Democrat Party.

  4. She shouldn’t be saying she was intimidated and shaking. That only emboldens the nutjobs.

  5. Because it seems to pale in light of everything else that’s going on, the matter will probably stay on the back burner for a while, but it shouldn’t. Leadership should take immediate steps to sanction Hintz and punish him severely for what can only be described as a threat to the well-being of another representative. Allowing this to linger is tacit approval of it taking place. Hintz should be removed — forcibly, if necessary — from the legislative process.

  6. Another Wisconsin Dem showed his true face after the vote:

Overshadowed by an earlier nomothetic death threat, there was yet another instance of Democrat warmth and affection. Representative Chris Danou – a former police officer and SWAT member for the La Crosse County Emergency Response Team – couldn’t keep a water lid on his temper last week.

As Walker’s budget-repair bill passed on the Assembly floor, Danou reportedly threw a stack of papers and a cup of water across the isle at Republican legislators.

  7. Buckle up, folks. It’s gonna be a rough ride from here on out.

  8. It’s okay if we act uncivil. Our pretend President does too.

  9. Hate to say it, but this guy needs his butt handed back to him in a jar….so to speak.

It will be interesting to see if anything comes of this. This type of narcissist believes he is above others and the law. Hopefully, the law will take care of this piece of work. Actually, come to think of it, perhaps he is a democrat who is sexually frustrated now that his source of sexual partners is on to him……..perhaps a prostitute already handed his butt back to him in a jar.

  10. Shameful behavior. His mom should wash his mouth out with soap.

  11. The guy ought to be removed from the legislature now…

On another topic, the price of gasoline is up another 10cents today. The Arab world is loosing its public order and the US is promoting its radicalization. Time the Tea party started a recall action for the president. Time for the tea party to become active again, have you checked your local groups for sign of life. Not much exists.
Maybe we could adopt a middle east tactic and start organizing through facebook about impeachment.

the price of gas really irritates me

  12. Taqiyyotomotist? It won’t be too rough for them if they can disarm us all first by declaring martial law and suspending the Constitution. When you suspend the Constitution, all the amendments to the Constitution get suspended. When that occurs, we’ll be prohibited from speaking out and publicly assembling (1st amendment suspended), and from arming ourselves (2nd amendment suspended). Voting will be suspended too until they give us the “all clear”. (?? amendment).

  13. Hintz only apologized to Litjens AFTER it made the news. If it hadn’t, would he have apologized? I doubt it.

And Bill Maher said liberals “don’t talk that way”. Must’ve been a misprint.

  14. If a Republican ever did this he would be gone.

  15. The fella that said that is no MAN!! This Texan woulda been really ticked off if he said that to my wife or daughter!!

  16. OT – I don’t know if many of heard this, but the U.S. Defense Secretary Gates intends to reduce the U.S. Marine Corp in half.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ku2be9qo7Ck

There is a shorter video clip over at barenakedislam.com with Gates making the announcement. Damn, I wish people would wake up.

  17. OT:

Y’all gotta see this frikkin story:

This is the Modern American Left, IN A NUTSHELL.
    ——-

“Last week Mrs. Roberts, who had been identified in court documents only as “Jane Doe 102,” saw pictures of Epstein walking free with Prince Andrew and got angry. She decided to break her silence and told her story over several days to the Daily Mail. You can read many of the gritty details of her time with Epstein here, but the bottom line is simple: Epstein trained Roberts as his personal “erotic masseuse” from the time she was 15 and then, while she was still underage, began flying her to his private island in the Caribbean for sex with his friends. In other words, he was acting as a pimp to a child prostitute.

Epstein, who is a billionaire money manager (hence the private island and private jet), faced dozens of counts of paying for sex with underage girls five years ago but avoided trial when the FBI stepped in and offered him a sweetheart plea bargain. No one involved understands why he was offered the deal, since the details of the charges against him were quite shocking. The Daily Beast recently reported that Epstein flew underage girls in from around the world, including three 12 year olds selected from France as a birthday present to himself. These are crimes for which an ordinary person could see several decades in prison. But under the FBI deal, Esptein spent about 18 months in jail (some of that in work release). Some have suggested that Epstein’s personal relationships with people like Bill Clinton (who has also flown on Epstein’s jet) and Prince Andrew may have helped him get a light sentence.

Normally, being a convicted sex offender would ruin your social life; not so for Jeffrey Epstein. Buried in this weekend’s story about Virginia Roberts was mention of a party Epstein had thrown in December for his pal Prince Andrew. On the guest list: Woody Allen, Charlie Rose, George Stephanopolous and Katie Couric. Now I can figure out what Woody Allen and Epstein might have in common, but why were Rose, Stephanopolous and Couric there? According to this story, they were all having a fine time begging Prince Andrew for invitations to the Royal Wedding. Priorities, I guess.”

THIS NEEDS TO GO G_DDAMN VIRAL, RIGHT NOW.

  18. #11 Greg – please go read the Constitution of the United States of America. There is exactly ONE way to remove a sitting president from office: Impeachment.

Recall is not an option. The ONLY option is that enough evidence of wrong doing and lawbreaking be gathered against him that the House of Representatives will pass a Bill of Impeachment and the Senate will vote to convict.

His buds still hold the Senate. Unless he does something so utterly outrageous that they are left with no choice, impeachment isn’t happening. As much as we would all like it to.

  19. Just about as bad as shouting “when is someone gonna shoot obama”. Both parties have their nutjobs ppl. No reason to act like either party is better.

  20. Allowing this to linger is tacit approval of it taking place. Yep.

  21. How much was Hintz getting for tricks when he was busted?

Stick to threatening women (well, unarmed women), Gordy.

  22. John,

One teeny difference….one was a private citizen. The other an elected legislator.

  23. I wish I had been there to knock his block off. What a punk.

  24. This would never happen with a Tea Party Protest, but just for the sake of argument let’s pretend the people occupying the State House were Tea Party and the legislative majority were Democrats. On the first day, some Democrat would demand the building be cleared for security reasons to prevent another Tuscon. There would be metal detectors at the entrance and ID required to enter the building. Then every Republican would be required to denounce all violence and vitriol every time someone looked at them. The Republicans, of course, would bend over backwards agreeing with all measures and would repeat over and over again how much they just want to work together with Democrats. Blech.

  26. “If a Republican ever did this he would be gone.”

Exactly right StrangernFiction. The MSM would’ve hounded a Republican into resigning by now.

  27. Why don’t they issue an arrest warrant and have him extradited back to WI? Then they have a quorum.

  28. Sounds like a job for former president Bubba and The University of Arizona National Institute for Civil Discourse.

  29. Please advise Ms. Litjens to enroll in and take an NRA firearms course from an approved NRA firearms instructor, then obtain and carry an appropriate firearm.
Make this known, and no one will bother her again.
Be sure that this firearm is large enough to handle the problem with one application.
The only thing that she should say is “I feared for my life.”

  30. Impeachment is for legitimate presidents, not for usurpers or fraudulently elected dictators.

  31. When you quote, John, you do have to get it right. Fake but true might work at NYT and other propaganda outlets, but you need higher standards than that. The real quote was heard as “who will shoot Obama” and was generally understood as a very bad joke–not a threat.

    http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-503544_162-20036440-503544.html

Just so you know, not only was this dipstick a private citizen but it also was a question. You may not comprehend the difference between a private citizen and a public representative at work in the legislative chamber, but let people with IQ’s higher than your body temperature assure you that there is a difference between the two.

Understanding the difference between a threat and a question is probably beyond you as well.

It is so true that virtually every smart and decent person left the Democrat party years ago and now only the dregs remain.

  32. Iconoclast, the LIBTARD knows he’s lying and taking the quote out of context. LYING is EXACTLY what LIBTARDS do. LIBTARDS NEVER, NEVER tell the truth. They’ve forgotten how.

  33. Oh, look, now there’s a petition to ignore Palin!

“First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, then you win.”
    — Mahatma Gandhi

Best wishes to Wisconsin GOP Representative Michelle Litjens, to Sarah Palin, and to all the other women who are dealing with stupid men today.

  34. Just about as bad as shouting “when is someone gonna shoot obama”. – John

Yeah. Because an elected official making a direct threat to another elected official is the same thing as some random constituent at a town hall meeting asking a stupid question.

    Idiot.

  35. Pantie waist commented:

LIBTARDS NEVER, NEVER tell the truth. They’ve forgotten how.

    They never learned how.

  36. They’ve forgotten how.

To a leftist–which is what so-called liberal really is–truth is a construct and purely situational. Which makes it much, much worse than having forgotten how to tell the truth. Leftists actively hate and despise objective truth. Which makes excellent sense, since under any sort of objective evaluation the garbage of leftist economic, political, and moral philosophy has proved itself to be genocidal.

  37. Notice how women pols on the right are way better looking than women pols on the left?

First off, the righties are actual women, which gives them a huge head start on looks.

  38. Big f***ing deal

  39. nhale,

Really? Usually you accuse us of fake videos and lying. What’s the matter? Did someone piss in your cornflakes this morning? Your reflexes are way off.

You give trolls a bad name.

    Loser!

  40. I hate to be the one to say it, but damn, another smokin hot conservative babe.

  41. There should be legislative sanctions (reprimands, censures, etc.) in the Wisconsin legislature for all uncivil behavior by legislators – regardless of party affiliation – Rep. Hintz should be censured. Let’s see how many of his fellow Dems stand up for him! We need to know just who stands for civil behavior at the legislative level.

  42. Lemme guess. The Networks completely ignored this story, right?

  43. This really pisses me off. Unfortunately, this is what is going to be happening for the next several years as the public employee’s gravy train slowly comes to a hault. Being a public employee will eventualy be the same as being a union auto worker. A very few will make a lot of money and have great pensions but many 1000′s will get laid off. The public will suffer because spineless democrats want to keep their cozy relationship with unions. The country will be worse off, and many public employees will be worse off, because the dems don’t have the maturity to govern properly.

  45. Does anybody remember the Sumner Brooks incident? The democrat Congressman Brooks beat the Republican Senator Sumner half to death with a cane on the floor of the senate in 1856.
I think we are facing another such incident. Sooner or later someone is going to lose it and violence will occur within a legislative chamber. What is going on in Wisconsin is just a harbinger of what is to come, and it isn’t going to be pretty. Stop this, while we still have a chance to avoid it.
