Obama Releases Statement on Ferraro… The Same Woman His Team Destroyed During Election

During the 2008 presidential campaign Geraldine Ferraro was viciously attacked by the left for suggesting that Obama was winning only because he was a black male. Barack Obama later suggested that Geraldine Ferraro should be cut loose by the Clinton team after making such “racist” comments about him.
The American left hated her for going public with such a controversial statement.
Ferraro later said that the Obama campaign should apologize to her.
They never did.
Today Barack Obama released a statement following the news of her death.
The AP reported:
President Barack Obama calls Geraldine Ferraro a political trailblazer who broke down barriers for women and Americans of all backgrounds.
Obama says his daughters — Sasha and Malia — will grow up in a more equal country because of Ferraro’s career and her ideals.
Ferraro was the first female vice presidential nominee on a major ticket when she was Democrat Walter Mondale’s running mate in 1984. He lost to Ronald Reagan.
Ferraro, a three-term congressman from New York City, died Saturday in Boston, where she was being treated for blood cancer. She was 75.
Obama says Ferraro “fought to uphold American’s founding ideals of equality, justice and opportunity for all.”

I think that Soros made the call to vilify Ferraro. It was an ideological ‘hit’ on her character.
Soros realized that a person who is incapable of making decisions for himself, Barack Obama, would probably be much better at following his instructions than an opinionated person like Hillary Clinton would.

I couldn’t believe that I was watching a candidate for POTUS behave like a petulant teen-aged boy! The audience? Boy, they were whooping it up. But even worse was Obama’s reaction to the crowd’s egging him on. Obama had the bratty look of complete satisfaction a high school punks gets when he’s just shown-up the teacher.
